I had my mirror repaired due to wind damage from winds from tropical storm passing through.my experience with these wonderful people here at this establishment was very professional from the receptionist to the young man that gave me the estimate .and the work was done in under 2 hrs .they even had me a rental waiting for me to do a little shopping while the repairs were completed. Dont remember anyone by name (sorry folks).hope I dont ever have return anytime soon but if Im ever needing a body shop again I know where to come for great service.

When i opened the hood and noticed there is couple of loose parts.and they put used headlight in my van.no proper communication, repairs take almost a month, not recomented this location for auto repair

This is the worst customer service iI have ever received. My gf got into a collision and the i surance picked this place. I wish we had never came here. They always told her it will be done by tommorrow. After a few times of hearing by tommorrow it should be done we hear, next week. This place does not know what it is to make a time commitment and stick to it. It has been a month and the car is still not out, despite the first day there them saying it should be done within a week tops. I usually go to transmission specialist on Southern and I wished i had gone there. At least they do not keep my car away from me for an entire month. It really shows who knows their stuff when they give you a respected time frame. This place does not and it shows. Find another shop. There are plenty.

I own a car detailing business. I work with cars that have been repainted regularly. Majority of the time there are flaws in the prep work, finish coat, or color mismatch.However! I detailed a car today that had paint work done and as I was looking for flaws, I saw none. From the prep to the finish to the durability to the color match, the paint was FLAWLESS. I asked my client where she got the car painted and she said Caliber Collision in Wellington. She said the service was outstanding.I look forward to recommending this place to my clients, as its extremely difficult to find flawless paint work. Especially in West Palm Beach. I used this business many years ago, but now the service was terribleI walked in to get an estimate and the receptionist told me I needed an appointment and the first available was in 2 weeks I told her my corvette only had a broken backup light and minor bumper damage can someone look at in now . She told me everyone is busy . Wont waste my time there .Took it 5 mins away and got an estimate in lest than 10 mins

They never call you back, they never stay in communication and even when you try to get an answer from them they tell you lies. Do not go here!

Brought my new car there for estimate on a small dent that I got while parked. They tried to over estimate the job by trying to put a whole quarter panel and a new door. They also do not answer there phones on the weekends and they have weekend hours. This particular Caliber Collision is located in Wellington. The one in Royal Palm did answer there phone on the weekend. I had several other estimates and none of the other shops said I needed the quarter panel and door. Well I brought the car to Auto Nation Collision and they repaired it perfect without replacing the quarter panel and door. The expense to fix the car was a fraction compared to what Caliber said it would be. The car is like brand new again

They honored my lifetime warranty through geico with my back bumper which was repaired last year. All in All, if Hahn is working here you will be in fantastic hands. The car was repaired way before the promised time, the bumper repair was done to perfection and to top it off Nadine delivered the vehicle to me in an extremely professional manner, explaining how the bumper was repaired, explaining all paperwork and even dusting off some dust from the windshield. Wow!! Great job.

Took our 2011 Ford Explorer in on April 27th for insurance repairs. we got the car back a few days later. When we picked it up it was raining. The car looked a little funny, but we couldnt point it out because of the rain. Then next day we looked at the truck and realized that they had painted it the wrong color! the car is flat black and they painted it with sparkling black.They told us to bring the car back and it would be fixed. they gave us a rental car and promised us that we wouldnt be charged for it. they kept the car for a week. we got the car back and dropped off the rental car. we were changed for the car rental. its been over 2 months and they still have not refunded us and the left off the vehicle emblem on the back.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!!!

He called me every Tuesday and Thursday just like he said he would with updates. Everything looked great when they were done, my husband was also very impressed with the work they did and how helpful everyone was. My experience with the Wellington store was terrible. I took the car there because they were a preferred vendor by State Farm. They are a large franchise so maybe others are good but this one is not. I had 2 repairs that needed to be completed. The back bumper had been sideswiped and the front bumper had a small dent and the seam at the top had become dislodged and needed to be realigned. Popping that little dent out and aligning the seam was almost $900.When the car was returned, I had a bumper that no longer matched my white Lexus. Now it had a yellow tint. The seam was not fixed and Wayne said it couldn’t be fixed because the clip was broken. I would have to replace entire bumper. When I complained to the manager, it was suddenly a 5 minute fix. I did not let them touch my car again and am researching my options with State Farm. They refused to fix the mismatched paint because “bumpers never match because they’re plastic” Really! They refused to send me photos they had taken prior to the repair because they said they were only allowed to send to State Farm and they proved the bumper was originally a different color. Glad I have a house full of people and a lot of employees that called out the bad paint job. Funny how they never noticed it was different before the repair. Wellington people won’t tolerate this work for long and I’m not the first. Check out the Yelp review. Sounds similar to mine.

Went through Geico after original quote from another business was $1799! Caliber fixed my damage for around $250. Great service and very friendly staff. Could not recommend more! Hard to find decent, honest businesses in South Florida.

Good guys! Even though I had to come back with a problem that they could not see during repair (headlights at night), they were totally nice. Manager found the problem cause, explained it to me, and had it fixed quickly. They also called every day with updated on my repair status.

Was referred to this shop by my insurance company and after reading mixed reviews called a friend in the business who stated this was a good shop. Arrived and couldnt be more pleased with the timeliness and attention beginning with Laura at the front desk and concluding with my GEICO adjuster Joe. Received my rental car and left mine with the question of how long would this take. Joe called me later in the day with an update and again two days later to let me know my car would be back by Saturday. The shop called Thursday evening to advise me the car was done and I could come by anytime Friday to pick it up. After work went to the shop, again Laura greeted me and knew which car was mine, everyone working at the shop was friendly and nice. The car was brought around and the owner, Steve, went outside with me to make sure I was happy with the work performed. The car looked as if it was never in an accident. I would recommend this shop for its workmanship and courteous efficient pleasant experience.

After Geico insurance recommend this place for repairs to my car due to a rear end collision, I took my car there. $4100 was the cost for the repairs to my car paid by Geico Insurance of the person that hit my car. A week after I picked up my car, I took it to the Kia dealership for a new starter. The technician there pointed out that the new front bumper had not been installed properly that there was a gap that should not be there. I called the Caliber shop, spoke to the manager and was told to bring it back and they would repair it. I brought it in on a Saturday and was told there was no one there to help me. I left my name and phone number to speak with the manager. By Tuesday the next week I still had heard nothing. I called again and left a message AGAIN. It has now been nearly 2 months! They collected $4100 from Geico for shoddy work, and have still not returned my calls. Steer clear of this place! I have warned Geico of the issue and will have to pursue with an attorney now.

My insurance recommended this body shop to get my car fixed. I took it in the 17th of July, they estimated 5 days to have the car ready. They called saying the car was ready for pickup on Friday the 20th of July. I arranged to pick it up on the day after. A few hours later they said they broke a piece of something on the car and they had to order a new one to replace it. I thought it was very weird but I believed them. They said the car would be ready on Tuesday, so I went there and the car was not ready. Finally after a week they called and said the car was ready, went to pick it up and it was terribly fixed!!! They took the car back, and another week to fix only a bumper! Guess what? On my last attempt of getting the car, the job was still not 100%! I waited 3 weeks for my car and had a terrible experience. Also, the receptionist was not friendly at all! Kind of a sharp and bitter person. The only positive point about all this is that they offered me a rental car and the manager had good understanding of how bad the job was done! I usually don’t take up my precious time to write any reviews, but this one was necessary.

They repaired my car last Spring. They were suggested to me by Geico. The service was awesome. They replaced my rear bumper in less than 24 hrs. Literally, I dropped my car at 2pm and was ready before noon the next day. The Enterprice Car person sitting there was a bit pushy. I didnt got a rental but recommend doing your research on that before going there.

The worst company i have ever dealt with. They use Geico as their insurance company for claims... My car got rear ended in Pembroke Pines while my instructor was with a student.. It was the other drivers fault... So we contacted Caliber for them to fix the car... Geico didnt give them enough money to get the car fixed properly. I didnt know this until the second time I brought the car back to them.. Cause the Airbag lights were still flashing. They cant figure out whats wrong with car... The first time it went in to be fixed.. It took over two weeks to be fixed.. Then the second time now its going on 8 days. The car is still not fixed. Basically Geico should have totaled the car and just given me a check for the loss. If you want your car fixed the first time.. This place is not the one. Stay away!

I got in an accident and my insurance (Geico) suggested I use the Geico insurance adjusted located inside of Caliber Collision, Mike. He was very helpful and once I understood the process, I scheduled my repair to be completed at Caliber Collision.Every time I walked in, Donna was very helpful and cheerful. She made sure I was in and out quickly. Han reviewed the repair process with me and gave me an estimated timeline of repairs. He was also very kind.Luckily, I only had to pay my insurance deductible, so I cannot comment on CCs prices....But I do appreciate that my repairs are guaranteed for life through them!They had my repair done in 2 days and made it vert easy for me. Hopefully I wont have any more accidents, but if I do, Ill go back to CC!

I would like to state that I am pleased with the repair of my vehicle. I was hit from behind on Sept. 8. My attorney took the liberty of finding us a qualified paint and body shop. This shop was almost 40 miles away from my home.The initial process was really easy. I dropped off my 2016 Hyundai Tucson on Sept. 12. The staff of Caliber Collision Wellington was initially really helpful and professional. Geo was assigned to my case. He said my car would be ready by September 20th.Like I stated earlier, they were very helpful in the beginning. Geo would call what seemed like every other day with an update. Geo, informed me on the 16 that they were not able to get the parts needed to finish my vehicle. He stated that the vehicle would be ready on the 23rd. I understood. I work in customer service and i know that things like this happen. So I waited.Geo called me on the 23rd and stated that my car would not be ready until the 26. On the 26th we spoke at noon and he said that my car was at the muffler shop next door and that it would be ready today. I had to fill up the rental car and be at his shop before 5. I left work early my husband as well and we made the commute. When we got there he told us that the car was not ready. I asked why didnt you call. Geo insisted that he called but didnt leave a voicemail. I had my phone on me all day waiting for him. He never called.The car was not ready the next day either. They arranged for the car to be delivered to me. It was delivered as promised. I was also told by Geo that I would not be charged for the gas since I drove over there for nothing, but I was. I called and spoke to Geo and he said he would take care of it. Till this day I have not been refunded. In the beginning they stated that they would touch up any scratches on the car with the left over paint. They did, but it looked like they touched it up with their finger. The area that was damaged in the crash looks good. They stated the the car would be show room ready upon delivery. The car was dirty inside and out.A couple of days later, the car advised me that it needed washer fluid. I opened the hood and noticed that the hood stick was not locked in place. When i attempted to use it to support the hood it would not align with the hood.I called Geo and he stated that a muffler repair does not require a mechanic to open the hood. I found that to be extremely disrespectful. He assumed that because I was a woman, that I would be unknowledgeable in the fact that any real mechanic would have to disconnect the battery to do any type of auto repair. I also know that my hood to be opened because my radio station were deleted. That only happens when you disconnect a battery. I also know that disconnecting the battery is the fastest way to remove Obd 2 codes.This entire ordeal was extremely stressful. I would never recommend Geo or Caliber Collision to anyone. ever.

A few months back I brought my SUV here for damage repair after a very minor accident. I only went here because my insurance company sent me. I started having issues with my car about a week later with the side paneling coming apart. A couple days ago I was driving and some dashboard signals came on. I brought my car to the dealer where I was normally bringing it and they were shocked at the amount of incorrect work that was done on my car. They did such a bad job I had to contact my insurance company to start a lawsuit in order to get the money back and have the dealer fix all of the damage they did. I am disgusted at how they could let me drive away knowing all the problems they caused. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE.
