I have been taking my vehicle to Apex Automotive since I moved back to Florida 9 years ago. I have always appreciated the prompt service and friendly atmosphere. They have the greatest waiting area. Always clean and comfortable. I have never had any pressure tactics to up my bill but I have trusted them when they tell me I do need something after they have looked over my vehicle. There has never been a problem with any work that they have done on my cars. It is a good feeling to have a reputable place to take your car. I also love it that they are tech savvy.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When I took my truck in for regular service and a heater issue, several more service items on my truck were identified and explained to me. Although the total cost was substantial, it was work that needed to be done. I trust Apex to keep my vehicles in good, safe running condition.They are always more reasonably priced than the dealers. Faith is excellent at keeping in touch and the courtesy ride to pick up my newly washed truck was a great perk.

Get my car in for AC Freon leakage check, Apex did a detailed investigation but cannot detect where the leak is, so they suggested to recharge with dye so that the leakage spot can be found next time when freon is run out. Apex collected reasonable repair fees, and service time was what they promised. I would get my other cars served at Apex next time, will recommend friends to this shop for car service as well.

My husband had brought our 2015 Mini Cooper Countryman John Cooper Works Edition to Apex about 6 months ago for an alignment referral from Costco and we LOVED the service this amazing team provided, so when it came time for the next oil change and the rear brakes needed to be done, we took our business right back to Fatih at Apex Automotive Wellington. He got us in for a same day appointment and they had our car all taken care of by the next morning. It would have been sooner but we didnt drop her (Yes, our Mini is named Mini and she is a female of course) off until later in the afternoon, so our babys overnight slumber party was our fault, not the guys and gals at Apex. As always, we dealt directly with the big boss man, Fatih and he treated us like royalty. (I really love how he always offers the bottle of hand sanitizer any time I need to touch a document or sign something.) The oil change and brakes were done perfectly (as expected) and their service with a smile was evident, even though everyone was responsibly wearing a mask. We will ONLY ever bring Mini to Apex Automotive as they do an incredible job with servicing our baby, they have stellar customer service (Fatih always remembers to text messages us, which is our preferred method of communicating) and you cant beat the great value of their competitive pricing. I would Highly recommend Apex Automotive. I was recommended here by Repair Pal after Arrigo Jeep wanted to charge me above and beyond my deductible for repairs covered under my Smart Auto Care extended warranty. The warranty company was declining to use factory parts for the repair- Apex went to bat for me in conjunction with repair pal. It took almost a month of the 3 of us working together but we were finally able to get the warranty company to honor the contract and use factory parts for my repair and pay for all of it which saved me $3500! Amazing service and I am floored that Apex was willing to accept smart auto care terminating them(in retaliation)as a approved shop to make sure I the customer was treated fairly and had the right parts in my car. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier!

I have had several cars worked on at apex. I have always had a great experience. The staff is very knowledgeable, will not try to oversell something you don’t need. Which happened on most recent visit, another shop I had to use because I was out of town told me I needed something done and I was not comfortable with them and asked apex staff to check it and they told me that the work was not necessary, saving me money.Fatih was very courteous and professional, as they always are. New to the area. Went to Apex for oil change and a dropped window in the back that needed a new regulator. Fixed - no problem. They take the time to check out the car ( its old) and actually sent a photo of one other problem while they had it lifted. I liked that there was no pressure to make me get it done right then. Fatih is very polite and professional and answered all my questions. I am definitely bringing the car back for the other work I need. So glad to have found a new mechanic nearby.

I simply wouldnt take my car anywhere else. I have known Wes, the shops owner, as an acquaintance for years. Ive known him only to be a conscientious and pro-customer type of business person. Fatih, the shop Manager, carries the same torch, and truly is the consummate customer service agent. I would recommend ANYBODY, regardless of their automotive knowledge to patronize Apex Automotive. There you will find salt of the earth people who care about their customers, unlike some other auto shops that try to take advantage of those less knowledgeable. Lastly, the Apex mechanics are top notch. I have never had to bring one of my cars back to Apex after a repair. Do yourself a favor, go to Apex Automotive and spare yourself a bad experience elsewhere.

I took my car into the wellington location and they were amazing. I dropped my car off in the morning so they could give me a quote on new brakes and pads. Within two hours I had a link text over to me showing me what needed to be replaced now and what would need to be replaced in about 4 months along with a quote. Everytjkng was completed before the end if the day. Their prices are unbeatable, the staff was super friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, honest, and the shop was very clean. They also offered hand sanitizer and wore masks. I went ahead and booked an appointment for our other car to be looked at next week by them. Highly recommend!

I worked with Fatih when my car battery was acting up. I knew how much a new battery would cost and they charged as fair a price for parts and labor as you can get. Will absolutely be going back here as they are repairpal approved with my Carmax warranty.

Fatih was amazing as always. He advised my car needed brake fluid flush. Was having an issue with my blinkers not making sound. Fatih took the time to look up my wiring diagram and explain this is electrical issue. He suggested to take it to the dealership, since my car is under warranty. Very honest and trustworthy

I used Apex to rent a uhaul truck for a long trip. Adam was absolutely professional. Courteous and made us feel as important as anyone else walking in the door. Even had an issue with a nail in our tire, Adam explained all the options and saved me some reading time. We had a stripped o2 sensor that we couldnt get out and they got it in there and got the part out. Took a couple days, but they were upfront, explained very well what the situation is and needed to happen and didnt charge me an arm and a leg to do it. We will use this company again for other needs.

Everyone here is very nice and communicative about what’s going on with my car. I don’t feel like I’m getting pressured to do something so they can get money out of me. I just had my 4th oil change with them but I did need filters changed and upon inspection I needed to get my rear brake rotor and pads changed. They got it finished up as soon as they could and the best part is they don’t overcharge for parts.

Everyone there is very friendly and helpful. I started out just renting a U-Haul from them but ended up needing a wheel bearing repaired. They helped me with both and I will be bringing my business here going forward.

Better than OEM service by far. Fatih, Adam and the service crew took great care of my vehicle. I came in with a lot of things that needed service. They got it setup and everything done in a very quickly. My ride is smooth, and everything is running much better. I would recommend letting these guys take care of your car. My truck was making clicking noises and wasn’t driving well. I took it to Apex and they gave me the details of what was needed to make the repairs. It was a few major things wrong with my engine. With it being a newer truck I had it brought over to the chevy dealership because luckily it was still under warranty. The dealership gave me the same report of what was wrong as Apex. I would definitely use Apex again. I feel they were very honest with me about what was wrong with my truck.

I was referred to Apex by my local Costco as they give a 15% discount for Costco members. I had just purchased and had new tires installed on my Mini Cooper at Costco and I needed an alignment, so I called Apex and talked to the manager Fatih, who got me in for an appointment less than an hour later. When I went in to drop off my Mini, Fatih was very helpful and not only did the entire staff have on masks to keep us all safe with COVID-19, he even offered me some hand sanitizer before and after handling the paperwork. It took about an hour for them to do the alignment on my car and when I came to pick it up Fatih had a print out of all the details/specs of what they did with the alignment and walked me through what the issues were on all four corners of my Mini. Overall a GREAT experience and at a better price than any of the other quotes I had gotten. I’ll be using Apex for all of my maintenance/repair services for my Mini Cooper going forward. I recently had major wide-ranging services completed on both of my vehicles, a 2014 MB GLK-350 and a 2003 Lexus 300. The B-Service completed on the MB was not only highly professional and thorough, and fully in accordance with the manufacturers manual but at a substantial savings over what I have paid two dealers for the same services. The Lexus required a major overhaul due to neglect of scheduled maintenance and again was completed professionally at a substantial savings over quotes from another service center. I was particularly impressed with the detailed explanation of the work required, frequent updates as well as completion in a timely manner. I will certainly return for additional services on both vehicles and would strongly recommend they be given a try. Talked with several other customers who had been receiving excellent service for years. Wish I had known about this place earlier.

Purchased a used vehicle that I had taken to the dealership to get checked out. Was given a large quote and list of issues. Reached out to the warranty company and chose Apex for the service warranty repair as the are certified. Apex got us in same day, evaluated the vehicle and handled all communications with the warranty company. Turns out some of the dealership list of issues were up sells not actual issues and not due on the vehicle. I now have a mechanic I can trust, thanks to all the staff at Apex!

Vehicle inspection. They can not help you at 4PM because nobody is there and the guy behind the counter does not know how to handle the software.Even though their phone service clearly said vehicle inspections Tuesday thru Friday 8 AM to 5 PM.Bad customer service now for the second time.
