Will let you know once I have a opportunity to see if it makes a difference over longer period of time. Definitely not cheap but if works then it is.

I did not like my customer experience here. The salesperson neglected to tell me very important things or give me paperwork with the fine print until AFTER I had already given my financial information. For example, she never told me that there is a fee to return the mattress if you return during the sleep trial. Also, she didnt tell me that by doing the interest-free payment, I was applying for a credit card.I also did not like the mattress. Heres my mattress review:I would *not* recommend this bed. Before you purchase a sleep number bed, please please please read this review:1) You will be out money if you do not like your sleepnumber bed. Sleepnumber likes to tout their free 100-day trial bed. What they dont tell you is that, unlike the vast majority of mattress retailers, you have to pay a $200 return fee. You will not be refunded for your shipping fees, accessories, or basically anything that isnt the basic base and the mattress. Assuming you pay shipping and the return fee, you are out like $400 just to do the 100-day sleep trial.2) A sleepnumber bed is essentially just a fancy air mattress. If you dont like the feeling of sinking in an air mattress, you wont like a sleepnumber bed. To me, it doesnt feel significantly better than a $80 air mattress3) A bunch of the sleepnumbers are useless. You can set your bed between 0 (softest) to 100 (most firm), in an increments of five. In me and my partners experience, settings 0 through 35 would make the bed so flimsy that you could feel the bed frame underneath. In other words, those numbers were completely useless.4) Customer service is terrible. Whenever I complained about a feature I didnt like, for example, that I didnt like the feeling of sinking in the bed or that it bottomed out, the company just blamed me AND then tried to upsell me. I already paid $3000 for a bed I dont like, I dont want to shell out an additional $1000. (Also, if you switch out beds, you give up the SleepTrial - which of course they dont tell you).Overall, read the fine print. Sleepnumber is trying to scam you out of as much money as possible. They are interested in profits, not making you sleep better.I returned my mattress (at a financial loss to myself) and regret every buying it.

We bought a sleep number bed 8 years ago but it was not a flex bed. So this time we bought a king size flex number bed and our son asked for the old one for he and his wife. We love the bed.
Bought a bed there a while back and was mislead regarding ability to return. Turned out their guarantee of satisfaction only applied to the mattress, not the whole system, and have been suffering with a bad investment ever since the purchase was made. Poor customer service on top of that and Im about ready to throw the thing in the garbage. Do not buy a bed there if you EVER sleep on your stomach on on your side, you will not be happy with itRead the fine print..I didnt and they count on that.
