He was rude and it was almost like I was bothering him just by trying to purchase what I needed. I understand everyone has bad days so hopefully that’s all it was. Kind of expensive, alot of stale dutches buyers beware, and out of the three glass pieces I received from them 3 had cracks and problems that were noticed later on.

Great service!!! I bought a vape and it ended up being defective. I brought it back 5 days later with my receipt and they exchanged it for a brand new one. Quick process and very smooth! Very helpful employees, they taught me new things I didn’t know!

The guy behind the counter upsold me into a $120 vaporizer mod. Within 4 days the screen is dark and the mod is dead. I go in to simply exchange it for another mod, same model. and the first response I get out of this other staff member is O YEAH! these things are known to short and have a wide variety of screen problems! I was simply blown away to get two completely different opinions on a supposed premium item. To top it off, they told me my 4 day old, not even a scratch on it mod had to be warrantied out. He said and I quote it was working when you bought it so we are no longer responsible and goes on to tell me it takes about 2 weeks for the warranty. Absolute shame, I have been going there since there doors first opened for fluid and filters but no longer. Believe me when I tell you I have already warned friends and family about this place. Its places like these that lose out to their online competition because they just treat their customers so poorly.

Won’t buy from here ever again because of their return policy I bought a pipe never touched or used still wrapped I realized I wanted something a little bigger and was willing to pay more so went back the next morning to exchange. Not for a refund but to spend more money in their store for. Something a little more pricey. But they declined.

Bought a mod realized its was the model from 2 years ago and the wrong model I wanted all before I even left the store. I asked if I could return it the girl behind the counter said no sorry its yours now. Just because you dont like it I cant return it. Mind you this is the same girl who had no idea about any mods. I mean come on I didnt even leave the store. I will never go back.

After looking through the comments my view on the establishment was quite skewed at first. However upon entering I was greeted very kindly by the two individuals that were working. Additionally, I could tell that the two employees working were quite knowledgeable about the different products. I was very happy with the product I walked out the door with. Now accidents happen to all of us and unfortunately I dropped the product and it was broken without it even having been used once. Fortunately when I brought the broken product back to Exotic Vapes they replaced it free of charge. How awesome is that! Whenever I need anything vape. Exotic vapes is my first and only stop. 5 stars without a doubt

Recently purchased an Imini Pro V3 from these guys about two days ago and had an issue with the unit not charging. I try to bring it back to see what they can do for me and they start accusing me of dropping the device while charging and said that he has sold plenty of these MADE IN CHINA vapes with no issues. Funny thing is the last sales rep who sold me the vape told me I had 7 days to bring it back just in case anything happened. These guys don’t care about the customers. They are just looking for money. Couldn’t ask for worst customer service. Avoid these clowns at all cost. They are just going to take your money and run!!!

The dudes behind the counter couldnt answer any questions about a basic vaporizer...which was my first time switching from cigarettes to vaporizer and he couldnt show me how to put the liquid in because he did not know. After shopping around I realized I was totally over charged and the 50 dollar item was broken in two weeks. When I went back to ask about I was greeted with a sign on the door stating be right back...after waking fifteen minutes I left and will never return

Exotic Vape sells subpar quality Vapes from China. An if you try to refund your subpar vape because it is defective and doesnt workthey will give you the run around an not replace or refund your money.They have no customer service or good business ethics. They said it was my fault and I dropped it. When it was clearly defective

IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD!!!!I bought a smok vape box from them brand new and within 24 later it came apart. I called them and told them what happened that I was trying to smoke it and it fell apart. At the time I lived in Port St. Lucie and told them it was far away but could they do anything if I brought it in they said “YES” and told me to bring it in. I drove all the way there and then when I get there the owner isn’t there and tells his employee to tell me that they can do nothing about it. I was furious to say the least. They did absolutely nothing to help me or steer me in the right direction to get it fixed or replaced. Even with the warranty card provided with the product inside the box there was no direction on where to send the defective product. This company does not care about any customer that walks through their doors, the only thing they care of is getting your money out of your pocket. I do not recommend going to this store. They do not back the products they sell. Poorly managed and an owner that’s a scammer. BEWAREAdditionally, I was able to get the smok box fixed for $10 from another store that a friend happens to know the owner of. This person also told me that going to exotic Vapes was a big mistake.I highly recommend Vapor Depot USA. They were able to repair my smok box for $10 and they were super nice.

I bought a vape here and they tried to prime my coils. They burnt out 3 of my coils and made me pay for them even though they burnt them out. Theyre prices are also ridiculous. I will never come here again. I drive 30 mins away to city vapor because there prices are fair and they actually know what they are talking about.
