The prices are very good and competitive and staffs are friendly

Assistant manager Jennifer screamed at me from across the store to get out of HER store because I did not want to do an exchange because istead of explaining I did not bring the right receipt she treated me as if I was trying to make a free exchange. Never shopping here again! Talked to corporate about her manner.

Doesnt carry anything above 1X making you buy online if you want baggy or are just a larger person like myself. Which is a reason why stores are closing down, everything is online and when buying clothes shoes you want to try it out and online doesnt help with that, size charts vary with each company.

Unprofessional and possibly illegal treatment of guests. One of the employees found some ripped-off tags in a fitting room, saw my wife near the fitting room, asked other employees if that girl with the backpack had been in a fitting room, and then forced my wife to empty her backpack in the middle of the store. When the employee didnt find any stolen or suspicious, she said, Well, it was jewelry. Then she walked off, leaving my wife to repack her personal items up in front of the other guests.I do not have a problem with assets protection or with systematized searches. I do, however, have an issue with 1) accusing people of theft without any witnesses or camera evidence (my wife never went near the jewelry section, so that would have been easy to prove) and 2) telling customers they have to submit to unprofessional searches.

The service way outstanding .and well organized

The Black Friday sale was very confusing here. I tried to look online but couldn’t even find their hours. The sale was really good but I feel as though they should’ve advertised better. Overall I walked out of the store with only one item. This store is usually really overpriced that’s why I was excited for the sale kind of disappointed overall. I would probably give it another shot though.

Filled out a work application and turned in work permit and ssa, and was told I was going to get a call and never got a call back so I called them and they said I would work next month, by that time they never called so I called again and they had lost all my papers
