Bob, the owner, is incredibly rude, which is bad enough, but the product produced is sub par and constantly late. He makes contracts that he doesnt complete in time, and then when you call him to have him follow through, hes so obnoxious that our company stopped ordering from Sun Bolt. Find another company that is more professional and follows through on their promises to customers.

I called to get an estimate and the guy was very rude! I needed about 30 pieces embroidered and he explained that they don’t deal with “small orders”. Poor customer service and bad attitudes will get you nowhere in a customer service based sales world!

This guy was very rude on the phone and wouldn’t give a quote while our company was in Ft Meyers. He cursed at me and hung up the phone. I called back and was bewildered why he hung up and was rude. He told me to F-Off. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE RUDE PEOPLE.
