Marcello, in the meat department, has helped me several times with meat orders and I have to say he is one of the most nicest and polite persons Ive seen. I LOVE THIS SUPERMARKET!!! 🥰🥰🙌😍🙏….Today when leaving the supermarket it was raining very hard and there were people waiting for the rain to stop to go to their cars, it occurred to me that it would be a nice idea that some employees who are near the doors could accompany them with an umbrella (with the logo of Whole) to some customers to their car especially the elderly or mothers with children or someone who is in a hurry and incidentally has a tip so everyone wins. It would not seem like a nice gesture and something very useful as in some luxury hotels, it would give it a plus and originality, it would be necessary to see how to cover the shopping cart so as not to wet the merchandise in some cases.

Its clean, well organized. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Food is always fresh.My son and I ate pizza tonight. It was actually our 1st time enjoying a slice at Whole Food. Loved it. Fresh, crunchy and flavorful and healthy. Better then most pizzerias in the neighborhood. Definitely coming back for more!Price wise Whole Foods is the most expensive compared to the other supermarkets in the area.

1.5 hrs until closing and I enter the store with my party. We started to sift through the fruits and veggies as we decided which of natures candies we would later cut up and enjoy as we were preparing our dinner.After carefully selecting just the right ripe mix of melons and other fruits, grabbed some fresh thin asparagus and crisp lettuce as well to add to our feast.We gathered over by the seafood department and carefully looked over their selection of fresh catches. Some fish (snapper, salmon, and others) looked very nice and delectable. We ended up choosing oysters and shrimp. Some of the oysters were amazing, but about half of them were rotten, old, or hollow once taken home and prepared for dinner.The leg of lamb was grilled perfectly to medium rare, and delicately once the grill got to the right temperature. The shrimps were also thrown on the grill and equally as divine.We also obtained a few beef empanadad and chicken which were eaten eventually and was a good snack for those who needed a spot to eat before their ride home.The two men in the cheese department were very unprofessional to myself and my husband making us both uncomfortable and found us very upset. Did not like they way they spoke to me nor propositioned my husband or his nationality. Regardless of this personal factor, still are pleased with most of the store.

I ordered curbside pickup and when the order was delivered to my car; the brownies were classic instead of vegan. I had to go inside of the store to resolve the matter. When I arrived to the bakery section I did not see vegan brownies so I asked one of the bakery associates if there were any in the back. She stated that she would check the back and after several minutes she returned with a container of brownies in her hand. The container looked like it was used and predisposed of. I took a closer look and the brownies were not vegan. I know the difference between a regular brownie and a vegan brownie one is more moist and dense. Plus its not the first time that Ive purchased vegan brownies at whole foods. That not quite human needs to be fired.

Huge selection. Prices are becoming more competitive, especially with a Prime membership. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

The store is so nice and I knew when I was going in the store that I was going to be happy. The employees are nice and in fact there was one employee I knew who works in the store worked at the store I currently work sprouts farmers market. Natalie is a great employee she shows it at Whole Foods as she did at sprouts. Whole Foods is bigger store than the Sprouts farmers market I work. Whole Foods displays there food very nice organized.

Super happy that my favorite organic wines are back on the shelf after a 3 month outage!! The Stellar Organics Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinotage are BACK in stock.

The staff here are always helpful and go out of their way to make sure you find what you need.I love their fresh salad bar. However, the food by the pound is ridiculously high. I spent $13 for a hot bowl of rice, beans, and corn. Other than that, everything else about this location is exceptional.I Highly Recommend. 4 stars!

If people dont want to wear masks Dont force them. I was tracked down by the manager and told. Yet the buffet bar is open for everyone to touch and handle. The nice cashiers touching all of my groceries and then handing me the bag. Why is all of this okay but I have to wear a mask when it is hard for me to breathe with it on?

Management treats employees as if their sub-human. Disgusting environment to work in, me and my family feel horrible for the men and women that have to work under their higher ups at Whole Foods. You all oughta be absolutely ashamed and disgusted with yourselves.

This Whole Foods has declined. I choose Whole Foods over Publix because their produce, meat and seafood are usually far better quality, not the case here anymore. The produce is very hit or miss, you can’t buy for the week as most of their produce looks like it’s going bad the day you buy it. I did my shopping there Sunday, at least half the packaged meat in the coolers was already out of date. And for the 2nd time I’ve gotten sick (full on food poisoning in the ER) eating from their salad bar. I was hesitant to complain about it the first time, but after the second time I feel fairly certain it was from their salad bar as both times sickness came within a few hours of eating there. Even though this location is within 5 miles of my home and job, I’ll go to the West Palm or Gardens location from now on.

This a very good wholefoods. I go to a number of them. The staff helped me find a few odd unusual items. They had everything I was looking for. Very clean too.

Whole foods. Its a chain store.Work that said, this WFs employees are super nice! However, I was disappointed because the veggies and the fresh fish were pricey and of disappointing quality.In addition, I couldnt find what I was looking for (300 (or less) calorie frozen dinners at a reasonable price.

Very clean and an abundance of organic foods such as fruits, veggies and a whole lot more. They have excellent seafood. We really like the Key West pink shrimp and the salmon. Using Amazon Prime, the delivery service is top notch. You have to try it!

I went to Whole Foods today to buy a pie I was sad to see that they no longer sell the coconut and chocolate cream pies and also coconut custard pie they have always been my favorite I also noticed they didnt sell various cakes that they used to sell also.

There are a lot of foods made fresh here daily and its not some huge chain grocery store. The store is always clean and it wasnt too busy, at least when Ive been.

I am waiting outside with my 9 month old son, and it is 8:25 am now and the alarm still hasnt stopped. I asked an employee, and he said it happens everyday and they dont know how to fix it. I really think this is a workplace and health hazard, and for a company that prides itself on health, the employees should not have to work in an environment like this. I tried to start my day early since with a baby my life is very constrained, but now I am stuck waiting outside until this alarm turns off.

I ordered a 6 inch chocolate vegan cake with chocolate vegan icing layers and vegan vanilla icing around the cake. The cake was picked up on 11/11/21. I gave specific directions to the employee. He was very patient and respectful. I asked for pink and purple flowers specifically to put on the top of the cake. It was to be a birthday cake. When picking up the cake there were only pink flowers on the top. Mmmm? We cut the cake. The inside layers were supposed to be only chocolate, but there was vanilla icing mixed in with some of the chocolate? The icing was much too thick around the cake and in between the layers. I was very disappointed. It was much too sweet and heavy. I had ordered 3 different kinds of cupcakes to try before ordering a cake. I ordered vegan vanilla, chocolate and carrot cupcakes. They were very good. The cake texture and taste was totally different and I was very disappointed. I noticed the cupcakes were not as sweet as the cake was. Additionally, the cupcakes were much lighter whereas the cake was very heavy and dense? It made me wonder if the bakery goods are just not consistent? It didnt seem to match with the Whole Foods brand at all. This is my honest feedback. I will not order a cake again from Whole Foods.

Whole Foods is Super Awesome. I can spend hours in there. They have literally everything that you need as far as healthy foods, supplements, nutritional items..they have it all. Whole foods is a shopping experience all by itself. I Love Whole Foods and you will too. Go on you will not regret it and Im sure youll be back for more and more and more.

Amazing store with a huge prepared food section for either eat in or take out.Unusual for a grocery store to have such a selection of wine, grocery products even hard to find in other grocery stores.

As someone who has a very low immune system, the Covid-19 illness has been a major fear of mine since I heard about it.I usually shop here at Whole Foods because of the cleanliness and good service, although my opinion on Whole Foods has changed as of late.Knowing that there is still a global pandemic happening, with MILLIONS of cases in the U.S. alone, Whole Foods should not accept people taking off their masks in the store. Shame! I saw around five people taking off their masks in Whole Foods just this week. A female employee told me that the ones who don’t want to wear masks get a temperature check at the entrance. However, I saw a man walking in without a mask, and he got no “temperature check” whatsoever.I pay high prices not only for the quality of produce, but for the good customer service and hygienic ethics.This is my reason for giving Whole Foods less stars than before.

Nice place to buy and enjoy a bite from their food bar... but lately I have noticed that they dont have a good selection in the food bar, many trays are just empty and we have no option to select from what their used to offer variety... probably its Covid-19 result, but at least chef and manager should keep the bar open with a good selection of food and track what customer prefer to keep it available always.

We have visited all Whole Foods in the tri county area of south Florida. Sad to say this one is the worse. At 6:15 the prepared food was dry, half of the items gone, and nasty old dried up food all over the counter. To boot…the guy preparing pizzas and the lady in the deli did not want to be there. They had a negative demeanor and attitude. The soup section was horrible and many soups were missing or dried up. Sorry to say we will cross this WF from our list of returns.

Bad cooked shrimp for $ 1.00 each. My wife brought 20 home yesterday afternoon and we threw them all out, When I took the trouble to report it to Amazon this morning I thought I was speaking to the USA Post Office. They are hopeless there. Someone here is not doing their job right to sell food like this. We will drive to Carmines from now on.

Really frustrated with the Curbside shoppers. I just picked up my order, went home to make a salad for lunch and 85% of the bag is rotten. 2 bags of rotten lettuce. Can you please have your shoppers make sure they arent grabbing rotten bags. Or better yet, remove rotten produce from your shelves.

Whole Foods is so much more affordable if you have Amazon Prime. You can look online for what is on sale with Prime before you go or you can easily identify sale items by their bright, yellow sign. Not 50 cents off, more like $2, $6, or even $8 off!Great place to get pre-prepared lunches and dinners too, made from quality ingredients. Many people dont realize that they have a deli inside selling sliced meats. They are delicious and it is a quick process getting in and out of the store.Social distancing measures in place.Mask mandatory. Keep 6 ft distance. Etc.

I Love wholefood especially their organic product for my kids. But their price still a little hight for amount of products I get for price. But there are some certain thing that my family like from here. So, I still have to get it from this place. Their products are great and organic.

Ever since amazon took over, this place has completely gone down hill. Today I purchased two items that expired yesterday. I didn’t realize it until I got home. Additionally, a third item was full of white mold once opened. I used to shop here all the time but recently it has been one bad experience after another. Go to Trader Joe’s or Publix. Their plant based foods are awesome and never moldy/ expired.

Overpriced organic items that you dont need. Who sells incense and patchouli oil for $20? The customers seem to think this is superior organic shopping and its not. Better quality and price at local farmers market. The deli is a good value. They also have a separate check out for Prime members. The only place I have found for Harry Potters butter beer besides Universal.

Wish it had better selection. I feel like when I’ve been to Whole Foods in other states they have more variety and more interesting selection. The staff is fairly friendly and they keep it clean. I think Whole Foods in general has declined in selection over the years.

One of the best Whole Foods I’ve been to - from customer service, to the attentiveness of cashiers / employees at checkout, to willingness to assist finding items in the store. Just truly amazing. Other supermarket chains need to learn from this store. If I could give it ten stars - I would. Keep up the good work, WF Wellington, FL staff and thank you each and every one of you for working during pandemic and these difficult times 🙏🏼.

My favorite grocery store.

They have a great selection of pre-cooked, healthy foods along with fresh fruits and vegetables. They also offer NFC payments to include Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay.

I Like Whole Food especially organic food for my kids but the price is a bit to high side. It would be nicer if the price a little lower but the product are good quality.

I have a great experience at every Whole Foods I go to but somehow I go to this one and the manager there (Nicole Shu) refuses to help me with the mobile app.She continued to argue with me and tell me that she’s not going to scan a code for me and this went on for about 10 minutes before she finally gave up and allowed her associate to scan the code so I can get a three dollar discount.Very poor management skills I would like to see her demoted!

Went in this morning and was forced to wear a mask when DeSantis wrote an executive order to have the mask mandate lifted... I really hope more people start standing up to this. No one has the right to tell me what I do with my body or force me to wear a mask.
