My husband tried to call for help with transmission fluid, two young men cam out to do the job, and had to go back to get a 10mm ratchet. Then we get a phone call from an older gentleman saying they want to tow the truck, knowing I can only afford the service to me for transmission fluid.Insisting they check my transmission which would then cost 125. Over the 60. that was agreed on when it doesnt need to be checked as we just had it checked and when I called to have the service I requested originally I was told theyll pass and was hung up on even after explaining my husband has stage 2 kidney failure and shouldnt be stuck in this heat. And we can not find other garages that come out.

They were willing too help me with my tire even l though it they would not have made much money on it.

I had a low tire light and Mr. Brown first recommended that I go to a local gas station and air it up. Since I was in a large camper van the air pump at the gas station would not provide enough pressure. So I called Mr. Brown back and he worked me right in within the hour. While I was there I had a mechanical question that he took a quick look at and reassured me I was good to go. I was very grateful that he was willing to work me in even though it was obvious he was very busy. And his price was more than fair.

The owner will just flip out on you if you dont call him back immediately. If he needed an urgent answer, then why doesnt he just pick up the phone. Zero customer service skills and obviously lacks people skills. Might be a decent mechanic as long aa everything goes his way but when there is a problem or misunderstanding, look out!!! Never will I go back.

While on vacation in Ogunquit, my tire started to rapidly deflate. I called Browns, went right over and they diagnosed and repaired it on the spot for a more than fair price. Now I can enjoy my remaining time here!

One of my 1st experiences there was over my brakes. I thought and was prepared for a hundreds of dollars repair bill for my breaks. I dropped off my car & got a call 2 hours later telling me the grinding I thought I heard was a little grit on the drums/breaks and didnt need ANYTHING done. When I picked up the vehicle I got a bill for $30.00 for the time spent putting the vehicle up on the lift and removing/remounting the tires.They could have EASILY taken me for $400/$500 and I wouldve paid it.THIS is the mark of a good and honest business!!!

Courteous, friendly and superb service!!! We were on vacation in Ogunquit and our car developed a leak in our tire which turned out to be a cracked rim. They overnighted the part from BMW and had us on the road early in the AM .Thanks guys!!!!

Had a nail in my tire and I called them up. They said bring it up and they would get right on it. (Even offered me the use of their compressor to get enough air in it to get it there). Bruce was super friendly and got us right in. Was a bit shocked when I picked it up that it was $40 (hence the 4 stars) to patch a tire, but we are on vacation and needed it fixed.

Marc Brown and his staff are great. They are very accommodating and can get things done quickly and at a reasonable price.

Completely horrible customer service. I went in for a simple nail in my tire. As he looked once, he missed the nail and said he doesnt know what I am talking about. Then challenged me to show him myself. I showed him and he plugged it. Then when paying, grumbled about using a credit card, and mumbled under his breath how people need to carry cash. WTH? Why would you be so rude about someone paying you! I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

Had car trouble on the first day of our vacation. They gave us an appointment on short notice and provided courteous and excellent service. The car was inspected and back in the same day.

Rude service staff. We were on vacation and asked if they had a simple air pump to pump up a tube, and they pushed us off and told us to go to the place across the street (there is no place across the street). Miserable people, dont go and trust your vehicle service with them.
