I purchased shower doors from Broken Glass Company, and my experience was perfect. David was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. His quote was reasonable, and the doors arrived right when he said they would. Nick did a fantastic job of installing my doors. He walked me through the options for which side the door should be on, and did a great job of explaining how the doors should work. My doors were installed in an hour or so, and Nick cleaned up and removed all the garbage. Most important of all, David, Rob and Nick took time to pet my unruly dog. I recently wanted to change my bathroom fixtures to polished chrome, so I contacted Broken Glass to see if they could change my shower door handle and hinge hardware. I assumed it would be a bigger project to change the trim around the glass so I didnt bother to inquire about doing those parts.Dave called me back right away and not only said the hardware wouldnt be a problem at all but He also asked why I wasnt changing the trim around the glass to match the polished chrome. I replied that I had assumed it would be too expensive. I was impressed that he took the time to ask me and very pleased to realize that it wasnt a significant increase at all.Even though it was a small job, they took their time and they were very pleasant, courteous and didnt make a mess. I would most definitely recommend Dave, and his company Broken Glass for all your glass & shower needs.

Stopped in while driving by to discuss a window issue and couldnt be happier!!!! I was quickly greeted by Dave (owner) who was willing to help with the window even though he knew right upfront the glass portion of the window was in tack and it would be a small job for him. He arranged his schedule and actually came out same day and took a look at the window and had a suggestion on what to do. Surprisingly we had the materials at home and he graciously offered to fix the window on the spot at no cost since it was a quick and easy fix for him. My husband and I even tried giving him money but he didnt accept. Truly have not seen anyone come out and do a deed like that with their time and services. Maybe our job was real small to him but we truly appreciated the quickness, and customer service provided and do know we will highly recommend him as well use him for any future needs from now on. I just wanted to to give a HUGE shout-out to Dave at Broken Glass Company in Wells who just completed a glass shower door install for us. After literally months of un-returned phone calls and no-shows from another glass company, I happened to see Daves sign and gave him a call. He returned my call within hours and came by later that day for an estimate. He did an incredible job with the install and was professional, honest, and kind. He has young kids himself and was so great with our five year old son, who of course was asking him all kinds of questions about his tools and what he was doing. I also just found out Dave installs windows too, and when were ready for that project we will definitely be calling him. I highly recommend him!

I would like to thank Dave at Broken Glass for taking care of what was a small job for them but a huge concern for us. We needed grab bars in the shower for my husband who is very unstable and has a tendency to fall. Its difficult to find someone to do it. I was getting various opinions about whether we should drill into the tile - would it break or be safe? Dave spent time talking to me about it and assured me that it could be done - and done right. He didnt make a lot of money from us but I will be forever grateful for his help. Thanks again.

Leaks, leaks and more leaks. Had them install a shower door, won’t honor their work when it leaks constantly. Useless
