They have a sign on their door that states that they do not have change for the trolley. The trolley stops right in front of their business. Why not go in the opposite direction and put up a big sign stating that you DO have change. It cant be that hard to get rolls of quarters from the bank. What is the downside? That there is more foot traffic and impulse buying at a candy store? Go for it! Be the good guys!!
