My husband and I were looking to update our fireplace. We needed to get some countertops ordered for our cabinets and hearth. He was so patient and helpful. I am not the most decisive person. He was very informative without being pushy. After we finally decided on our product he rang us up quickly. We then decided to buy cabinets, he walked is over, helped us get the cabinets down (which included a forklift) it was such a pleasant experience.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere! Clueless staff, mistakes, pass the buck protocol. Horrible!!!

We like this store, but finding product without direction is always a challenge.

We Always love home depot!! Just got our keys cut yesterday. We also love buying appliances from Home depot. Moving box is available too. You can also online order for pick up or delivery to your home depend on what it is. Flowers and plants is beautiful and great price.

They do a decent job of stocking the items I need regularly. However, knowledge base of employees is lacking generally. Anytime I need wire it’s extremely time consuming, and a trying endeavor.

Ive Always had a good experience at Home Depot, even doing a return. I enjoy going to Home Depot

In store shopping is average. But if you have to order flooring from the warehouse it is terrible all around. We ordered some laminate flooring and we were told it could take up to 4 weeks because of covid. Ok. Weve been informed. 5 weeks go by and we recieved 3 calls from customer service during that 5 weeks saying our order was in. Great. We go to pick it up and the order wasnt in. It hasnt even been shipped from the warehouse yet. 3 times this happened! After the third time we decided to cancel the order and go somewhere else. Its been three weeks since we cancelled the order and we STILL have not recieved a refund. THIS IS BULL!Other stores: refund on my card within 5 days. Some stores will have the refund back into my account before Ive left the store.Home depot : 3 weeks and counting.overall if you are shopping in stock items its a normal home improvement store. But if you are ordering anything from the warehouse, the customer service and management practices are severely lacking.

This is the biggest Home Depot I have been in. Perfect for all DIY projects. It has everything you are looking for. The staff were friendly and were able to point me to the right direction.

I have been to different Home Depot locations all across the country. This one has by far the worst customer service you will ever see.I asked 7 different employees for help. Everyone of them was busy texting or talking to another employee.It takes a lot for me to take the time to write a review. Over the course of the last year remodeling our home, Home Depot went above and beyond to earn their rating. They consistently are the worst I have ever seen.

It was a great shopping experience

Swung in to get a replacement window for a rental. Three times they called for assistance in millworks and after 25 minutes nobody showed up. Someone then called for a general manager to try to get some help, he or she never showed up either. After 35 minutes, I left having received no answers to questions.

Helpful and friendly staff! Ive been to many Home Depots where you dont ever see an employee, all the staff members here were very willing to help.

Went in to buy a 3-way light switch. Went to aisle and bay mentioned in Home Depot website. Switch was not there. Sure said 11 left. Employee in the aisle searched for 5 or 10 minutes and finally found the item high above products display in a box. He never gave up looking. Great guy and service. I love Wenatchee Home Depot !

We have been buying our silicone caulking from Home Depot for many years and never had a problem. All of the sudden they take away ship to home for just one of the colors, the one that we need, and the only way for us to get it is to either drive over an hour out of our way to pick it up in store or to pay $79 for someone to drive it to us? That is not acceptable. We will be buying from Lowes from now on.

I find that this place typically has more items available not necessarily at the best price. But I do find consistent is that their customer service is not the greatest but certainly not the worst either. Definitely worth four stars though.

The employee who assisted me with most of the returns was nice.However, I pray on my shrine of Ryobi tools that Home Depot one day updates their antiquated computer systems. I spoke with the Assistant Manager who was truly shackled by his technological limitations of the outdated system he uses. I asked him to look up a purchase made, and he said Id need month and year. Which because my tool buying calendar was in my other set of pants, I didnt have. When I told him where I bought it and what card I used, he told me that he couldnt search using those parameters. If only there was anything at all he could do!When I asked him how I would get this information, he said I needed to call my bank. Which, to my knowledge does not and has not ever sold power tools. The bank could tell me the purchase date and the amount, but not what was purchased. Which I brought up and he said that still wasnt sufficient. Theres too many transactions for him to look through. What a shame! I will dedicate my time and effort to help alleviate this burden for him.Well, at Lowes they take my phone number and somehow (probably through some sort of sorcery or black magic) are able to track my transactions. So either the computer system caught a case of the theres nothing I can dos or our hero did. Ill save myself a trip next time. Dont bother unless you frame your receipts and mark what rotation the moon is in, otherwise theres nothing they can do.Either way I digress, get well soon Home Depot computer system!

They are not wiping the self checkouts any more.. and I see they are letting peaple in without masks...and youd think a hardware store would have pins for snow blowers instead of running customer all over the store

Good luck actually placing a flooring order. My wife and I have been trying to make a flooring purchase for almost three months since the measure date. Nobody seems to know how to provide a quote or even allow us to pick a material. When you try to reach someone in person or by phone, nobody will ever return a call or get back to us with information they say they will provide. Buying install service through Home Depot seems like a good idea until you realize they are so large and dysfunctional, they dont know how to take your money and follow through with an order. Dissappointing.

Poor customer service from a young person that didnt care. This cashier completely ignored while she carried on a conversation with 2 other employees with her back to me. Unacknowledged for an unreasonable & impolite amount of time, I moved to the only other open checkout behind 2 others. That young man took my money without even uttering a word. He couldnt muster a hello or thank you. My apologies for not using the fleet of self checkouts & bugging team Millennial.

Absolutely love this place! Its like an adult Toys R Us except instead of kids its grown men throwing tantrums in the isle cuz their wives wont let them get the newest model power drill. I cant even begin to tell you how many times Ive been put in timeout.

Loved the customer service today. First question was where we could find a fuse for our Christmas lights. Employee didnt just take is to the aisle, he picked out the exact one we needed. He had knowledge of the multiple locations in the store of where to look for the one we needed. We also asked for help looking for a replacement outlet. Again employee picked out the one we might need instead of just pointing us to the aisle. I liked that. I also very much appreciated that they didnt assume that just because Im a woman in Home Depot that Im just with the guy standing next to me. They asked if I needed assistance as well and treated me as my own customer. I did happen to be with the guy standing next to me, but I still I enjoyed that level of customer service.

Was told by 2 employees that I had to have an appointment to get assistance finding a proper entry door. They were 2 busy chatting it up with each other to take time to help me out. Home depot will get no more of my money.

They basically followed me around like Im some kind of thief. Ive never stolen anything from H. D. Or anything from anyone or any store ever... Its like why are they treating me like this?

We went there yesterday for their cheapest gray paint, $12/gallon for an antiquing project. Used two cups maybe. Now have most of a gallon to give away.Went to Lowes today where I get a 10% veterans discount. Guess where we shop the most.

You know what customer service at Home Depot and Sasquatchs have in common. They are often talked about but never ever seen.This morning I arrived early at home depot to pickup supplies for my 10x16 garden shed. I couldnt find the nails I was looking for and when I finally met someone, he was more interested in moving a pallet of OSB on the racks then we has to help me. The gentleman then proceeded to yell at the clerk at the other end of the isle to see if he had the construction nails I was looking for. His response was what you see is what you get. The first gentleman responded to me that he is the man responsible for the fasteners. I was hastily escorted from the isle. I took my cart of goods to the lady who was just standing the bored out of her mind. I said you can put this back on the shelf. These guys are rude. Went to Lowes and spent $800.00 today to start my project. I will be at Lowes Monday morning to spend more money.

Well it made my day when the checker ask me how many 2x4s I had and clearly it was a stack of three. then she asked me how many 2x6s i had and it was a stack of three also. Only two different items I had. Truly awesome

Liz at the customer service desk was VERY rude and yelled at me with vulgar language even the people around were very surprised with her actions on how beyond rude she was. do not recommend talking to liz at all at the customer counter she definitely needs to learn customer service before working at the customer service counter.

Great for supplies, not so great for workshops.I will still be buying all my home renovations supplies here but my wife and signed up for a Free bathroom updated workshop.Turned up and 5 staff members had no idea it existed. I had signed up through their website too.Turned up and was instructed to go to the classroom, got there and the two people their had no idea there was a class going on and sent us back to the front. Got their and two employees showed up and they were very helpful and nice.Still, I spent my time going out for this and was disappointed that it didn’t exist.

Had to anchor a carport down that my associate had forgotten to hammer drill down the week before or so. Super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. Had absolutely no complaint when ask if they could hop on a forklift and move some pallets in a failed attempt to reach the extension cord. They even let me borrow one of their own given mine came up short. Textbook definition of customer service and hospitality.

Good place to buy lumber, they keep it inside so its already pretty acclimated to an inside environment. (Less warping and cracking issues)

They have everything you need. Paint, electrical, lumber, fixtures, hardware, you name it theyve got it an d its all high quality stuff nicely organized and easy to find. The people who work there are very nice and helpful, and care about their job.
