I tried fixing my brake light myself 30 minutes later I said lets try Auto Zone...The customer service was tremendous he had it fixed in 30 seconds..He made sure all my lights were working before I left...I recommend Auto Zone to everyone...

The store is usually always stocked with parts I need and if not they order and arrive the next day so this store forsure has a 100% satisfied customer.

Im updating my previous 1 star review for one reason, an employee named Salvador. After trying 4 times to get a replacement for a bad alternator that lasted less than a year, nobody could help me. The fifth time was different. It turns out that the reason nobody could find my purchase in the system was that the previous employee put in my phone number incorrectly. Salvador was the only one to find the error, and make things right. I would rather give the company less than 5 stars, and Salvador more. Thanks brother. You saved a customer.

I had a dead battery today, and went over to AutoZone where one of the salesmen was kind enough to walk over to my car and use his portable jumper cables to start it, free of charge. It was very kind of him.

Neither air filters fit. They even double checked their computer. No help to find one that did fit.

I went to the wenatchee auto zone to purchase brake rotors for my street rod. I wanted two rotors for a 1975 pontiac transam. I was told she needed the engine size or what car it was going into. Or she could not look it up on her computer.I told her it was going into a 1949 buick with a 75 pontiac transam front clip. She said could not look it up with out an engine size.I gave up and left the store in disgust. She said have a nice day.I went to NAPA and rotors were ordered. They had no problem locating it.

You get what you pay for. Helpful staff and the store is nicely organized. The only problem I have ever had, is some of the electronic parts are garbage, and the employees always just go grab the cheapest part and it usually fails. I just ask for the most expensive version of the part. Good on anyone tryin to save me a buck though.

Had the worst experience over the phone with Salvador Lopez. I called in search of a part I needed for my car. Im not a car person so I misidentified a part and he followed to ridicule and laugh at me. Very unprofessional and rude. Went to OReillys instead for some ACTUAL professional help.

Love Auto Zone, people are always friendly and know there their stuff. Hands down my go to auto store. My mechanic also has me get parts their because I get them them cheaper than he can sell them for.

Staff said they would hold a part for us because we lived out of town tell morning when my girlfriend went in to town next morning to pick it up they changed their mind and said we only hold it for 6 hours so why say you will hold it tell morning? Deceiving to the customer wont trust Wenatchee store again they have the parts but do do other stores in that area. Wont be going back.

Ok I bought a motor on September 11 in the store. Was told it would be there on the 18th. The 18 th came and went I called asked what was happening. Was told my motor would be there in 2 weeks there was a mix up with the motor. Then 2 weeks came and went. Called to find out where my motor was??? Was tolad it would be two mor weeks again. And kinda lost it after having being told two times and no delivery yet. So I called the moter rebuilder they told me the motor was on back order. This is where I call the regional office and talked the the regional director... ( who by the way didn’t give two s#!t’s about the customer) told me I’m sorry we inconvenienced you just come get your $ back???...... what I waited on your stores word on a delivery date I was verbally given two different times....So this is the only reason I gave them 4 stars. I got a call from the Wenatchee store manager “Salvador “ he truly listened to what was happening. And why I was there looking for a motor. And asked me to give him a week to get my motor. Well a week later got a call that my motor was there went down with my core. Unloaded my core and went to load the motor opened it up. And the rebuilding company misslabeld the crate. ( I saw it with my own eye or I would not have believed it myself) well as we hung our heads out me more time. I left and left it in Salvador‘s hands. He called me the next day and said it’s on its way again. Well 8 days later 7 weeks after buying it I finally got my 351!!!!Ok really the only reason this has 4 stars is because of Salvador and Salvador alone!!!! If I could choose the regional manager should be managing the store and Salvador should be the regional manager. He went so far above and beyond. I’m not one to write a review for much of anything. I like AutoZone because I can use my PayPal and order online and pick it up or have someone bring it to me if its a apart I need to have a vehicle running . And remember they check your check engine light and let you know why its on free of charge and thats a big bonus if you dont have the tools to read it yourself.

Lots of parts for you to complete your own automotive maintenance. Good prices. Usually deals on Oil Change Packages. Probably a good idea to do a little of your own research and be a little knowledge of your own vehicle - the employees cant know everything.

The guy behind the counter at 2:13 pm on june 28th had NO interest in helping me. Didnt wanna have to leave his register it seemed. Wasnt busy. I was asking for help in regards to choosing a product to add to my oil to help clean the system as Im consuming too much, informed him ive used sea foam that ive bought here before and was looking for something stronger. He really just didnt even wanna try. Not going back again.

Best place in town for quality, durable car products. I purchase my oil and oil filters here almost exclusively due to the bundle savings they have available. Also be sure to be part of the rewards program since most car jobs arent cheap.

So I went in needing help about my airbag light and I was very surprised that the employee Ivan took the time to really explain to me what can be done and who can help me so he referred me to a mechanic that can help me Ivan really did go out of his way he was outstanding. Very helpful.

Sourced an ignition for a 89 Honda Civic at this store thanks to the east Wenatchee store calling around and checking for me. However it was still on the truck waiting to be unloaded when we arrived. Thankfully one of the employees went full commando into the massive parts trailer. Not more than five minutes later he emerged victorious with my part in hand.

Sometimes it takes awhile to get some help and get out. The staff likes to talk alot and are easily distracted with each other. I live maybe 6 blocks away and still prefer the east side location, they seem more on point there.

Have lived in Wenatchee for about 6 months and have attempted to purchase things from here about three or four times.Every visit begins with a tremendous wait time before I get help. Then I am told they dont carry the part. I have never been able to actually buy anything at Autozone because they never have it. I am not talking about rare parts here either. Im talking about break light bulbs, belts, fluid, etc. Everythings on back order or they just dont carry it, is what Im told. Every visit involves a needed part for my wifes 2004 Corolla, so its not like Im working on anything rare or special.

The 4 star reviews are obviously fakes. I went to Autozone because I need something right now and all the good parts stores are closed. Autozone has what I need, air filter cleaner, but I left without it because I need it today. There were two young men working there who were in way over their heads and needed adult supervision. When I realized I was in for a really long wait I decided to drive over to OReillys just a few blocks away. They didnt have what I need. So I drove back to Autozone thinking maybe the place had cleared out a little. Nope. Customers were piling up and still being ignored. I know when Im licked. You win Autozone. You can keep the air filter cleaner.

The guys here are great. Ive had some issues with the truck I just bought and have stopped here a couple times in the last month to have it diagnosed . Both times after finding the problem, my man suggested the best, and cheapest options I had available. The icing on the cake was when I pulled in with an electrical problem and 2 tires that coming apart and was informed all the tire places in town were closed the next day. One of there local mechanics was pulling out of the lot and was waved over. Turns out he has a shop in Cash more and he sells tires as well. We made arrangements for the next day and I was back on the road by 10 the next day. This is my lucky go to place on this side of the mountains. These guys will go the extra mile to help you so you dont have to...
