Recently purchased a 2014 MINI Cooper Countryman S All4. I drove to Wenatchee from Moses Lake, and it was worth the 90 minute drive to do so! This was, quite literally, the best car-buying experience Ive ever had. Blaine was fantastic! As soon as we arrived he had the keys and we took it for a test drive. He had the perfect route in mind to get a good feel for the car. He was very knowledgeable about MINIs in general, so I felt confident when he told me that the car was solid. Negotiating the deal was easy and hassle-free. We were both up-front with what we wanted and in less than 2 hours I was walking away with my new car! I cannot recommend purchasing a car from Global Elite Motors enough!

Unbelievable discrimination and sneaky tactics. They quoted in writing including taxes amount for repair which we found high but approved. When my wife went to pick up the car, the person behind the counter came back with an additional two hundred (200$)in charges claiming environmental fee and sales tax weren’t included. Fortunately we had picture of the quote. They then came back with a second attempt to screw us with a bill $125 over original quote which she refused to pay and they finally came back with the actual amount. The original person who gave us the quote (Jeff) said he had nothing to with the increased rates and just stood by watching his coworker try to slide in fees. They also did not give us the replaced part. For all we know they pocked $687 dollars and did nothing. My wife took pics of each bill - simply unbelievable. Shame on Global Car Care and its staff. We will never go in there for service again.

If you love being lied to and the salesman fighting you when you call them out on lies, over paying for a vehicle, and being mocked, this is your place! Cant believe the jackass selling vehicles has a business still. I wouldnt recommend even talking to the guy.

I recently purchased a vehicle (2012 Honda Civic) from them and Ive been loving it! Its in great condition and runs so smoothly. With oil changes and frequent checkups that Global provides I know this car is going to last me a long while. This is by far the best place in town.
