H&D is great!I can get to the shop right when they open and they will almost instantly assist you to see how they can help.I’ve had a couple times where I came down while tight on time. Before I had the chance to see if they could do it for me they had it done and I was on my way. They did it right there in the parking lot. All the staff are great, they all do a great job and don’t cut corners.I will no longer go to any other shop unless I absolutely need to.I wanted to give a shout out to Caleb he is very hard working. This morning I came in not sure what is wrong with my car just when it was opening with 3/4 other cars he takes my keys and says he will look at it. Yes that is his job but he always goes above and beyond to get everything done quickly and correctly.Thank you to all the other guys You are all doing an awesome job.

These guys are awesome to say the least. Very trustworthy and professional, they take pride in their work and will make sure the job is done better than by the book. They did some pretty major repairs on my car and she runs like new now. Ive gone back to buy parts through them and had general maintenance questions, they are always friendly and willing to help. 11/10 recommend

I.had been in the hospital and was receiving treatments in Seattle. These guys looked over my car and made it a priority to get it fixed so it would.be safe going over the pass. I greatly appreciate what they did and will forever be grateful. Im also not going anywhere else to get my Subaru fixed. Its obvious these guys love Subarus just as much as we love owning and driving them.

These guys are great! Been going to them for our Subaru maintenance (early and late models) for many years. NEVER worried about whats done or cost. Theyll do as asked and point out the essential (only) needs. No worries, no delays, no excuses, cant do better!

They know they stuff. I had a car worked on without my permission. They placed a basic 7 dollar radiator cap and charged me 35. They changed my ball points without my consent and charged me 375.00 I never went back. I was so disappointed but I paid cause cause its small change they obviously needed bad. Just never went back. Remember you have the choice to not have stuff done and if they do some work either tell em to put it back or you walking out with free maintenance.

Great job these guys get you in as quick as they can. There work has been excellent! I totally trust them. Another place was changing my oil ( as I have a lifetime oil change there) and told me that I had a leak so I took it to H&D and they tightened down a screw and thats all it was... very honest people!!!

Great place to get your Subaru maintained!

Took my outback in to change fog lights to brighter bulbs. Caleb came back in and told me I didnt need them replaced. It was refreshing that they checked them and to save me fees. I forgot to tell them why I needed to change them. Then they went the extra mile and polished the headlights. I thought I was just loosing my vision. Turns out my headlights were really faded. Thank you for keeping my high mileage Subaru on the road and your great work and honesty. Not all mechanics meet your standard of quality!

These guys are the gods of Subaru repair! If you cant figure out your issue, they can. Most of the time they can diagnose the issue far faster and with less downtime than any other shop I have been to. These guys have saved my and my families bacon more than once!

If you have a Subaru then this is the place to go to have work done. Very knowledgable crew and they are really friendly. They gave us many options for repairing my sons vehicle to save him the most money.

As a Subaru owner this is my favorite auto repair shop in Wenatchee. Theyre honest and seem to take pride in delivering value -- often they tell me a problem Ive had them look at isnt a problem and to just keep driving. Or they tell me when someone else can fix a problem (e.g., a muffler issue or a catalytic converter issue) for less than they can. Ive never been dissatisfied with the work theyve done and when Ive checked with other shops to compare prices for the same work, H&D is almost always one of the lower prices.
