This 5* review goes directly towards the entry greeter, Sharon, who helped us tremendously the other day. I am a caregiver for a wheelchair bound man, and am currently 8.5 months pregnant. When we entered target we noticed that all the electric chairs were being occupied, but Sharon was quick to get us situated in one of their other disability carts. When she saw us checking out she followed us to my car with his wheelchair so I didnt have to go back and forth swapping cart for chair. She went above and beyond any customer service I have ever experienced; not only did she unload our cart into the car, but she also assisted me in transferring my client when he started to lose his footing. This woman is truly a gem and her gentle kindness is what the world is missing these days. Sharon, you ROCK.

Hard to beat for a wide availability of must haves under one roof. Apparel for all ages, reasonably priced accents, scarves and bags. Good selection on seasonal items to celebrate holidays. Targets home decor area is a fav.

My online order pick up was fast I had to wait maybe 2 minutes for it at the pick up counter. staff where friendly and helpful. The restrooms here where well maintained and clean as well during my visit.

I had this awful cashier reid fillion he spit at me and was the rudest he could be to me cause i gave him change protest to fire him! i hate him as a cashier man shouldn’t have got that job.

I came in a few days ago, and the cashier who helped me out was rather rude and wasn’t to good at his job, Landen up at customer service was rather nice In fixing his mistakes!

This was my first time using the contactless pickup option. It was flawless, start to finish and I was absolutely 100% pleased with the transaction.

Hardly had a anything I needed and usually love this place. No pick up delivery and we have it all over in Texas. No Starbucks, no popcorn like where I’m from, so disappointed. Won’t return

Inquired about a possible exception to the trading card policy regarding only selling items 19.99 and above on Friday morning starting at 8am. Trying to get a supervisor to answer and they didnt even get on the phone to tell me just had the employee say no.

Target employees were really rude and eager to leave, so much that they started kicking people out with an attitude. On top of that they closed all registers before we even got a chance to pay for our items and lost our business.

The clerk who assisted me Angela was wonderful she really went out of her way to be friendly and helpful while maintaining Social Distancing.

Raul or someone started with a R ( I feel so bad I cant remember his name)in electronics was so awesome. Answered all of our questions regarding TVs. Humored us. while my husband debated between the 65 or 70. Checked us out and helped us load it into our car which was not easy. He made me want to shop target more often.

Customer service is great. The cleanliness of the store has really improved since the remodel. I love the new nursing rooms as well. I am also impressed by the use of a more diverse variety of models in the clothing advertisements. Today we were helped by Aiden in the electronics department and he really took the time to answer all of my questions and was very helpful.

Used the in app purchasing & curbside pick up service for the first time last week. I wish they would have had this around when my kiddos were young!! What a huge convenience, ordering/pick up were extremely easy & the staff was friendly as well as helpful. Will definitely be doing this more often!

This is a fairly standard Target. Their food section is a little small, which is understandable as it is close to a grocery store. The people are generally courteous and helpful. What makes this store awesome for us and maybe worrisome for them is that its almost never busy. I love going here for non-grocery items mostly because I know I can get in and out relatively quickly.

Cashiers in electronics were not very helpful after waiting 45 minutes for them to come help us, even after reminding then multiple times. Our cashier up front though, was amazing and did everything to save us money in the end.

Awesome sense the remodel i go there about once a week, maybe twice of i can drag my husband along, they usually have everything pretty stocked up and there are associates there to help.Love the self check out as well!

I love Target. The only thing I would tell people to watch out for is their clearance. They will put an item on clearance and not mark it. It is 0% off. Instead of just saying last chance, because they are no longer going to carry it, they make you think it is on clearance. And you end up paying full price. Other then that, its a great store!

So fast and easy! Purchase on line and pick up at service counter by showing id. I have used this a couple times and will continue! Love it!

The store is like brand new! The remodel is nearly done, but mostly its your staff. From the trainers to the trainees, each person I spoke with today was friendly and excited about the new stock and design.

I love their awesome prices and gift card rewards programs that they offer to their costumers. The new target kids brand of Cat & Jack is great quality clothing/material at affordable prices!

Went to pay at the self checkout for bike tubes labeled 5.99 and they rang up as ten. I went to pay and it wouldnt take my change and an employee with greasy long hair and a mustache very condescendingly canceled the item.Got the same item at shopko just down the street for 3.99. And I avoided the chance of having my identity stolen. :)

Picking up our order could not have been easier. The pick up counter was just inside the door and our order was there waiting for us. The entire transaction took less than 5 minutes.

Poor customer service. Went in to replace my Consumer Cellular phone. They did not have the one I was looking for and the clerk just said, dont have it. Did not offer to tell about another phone or to order the one I was looking for. Have not had bad service in other Target stores.

It can be hard to find bargains but if you do some rooting you’ll come up on something!

Super busy today (of course!), but plenty of cashiers so the wait isnt too long! I just wish I had brought in one of my reusable bags because the flimsy plastic bag ripped completely opened!!

The customer service is garbage. And some worker thought i was doing something that I wasn’t and he insulted my friend and called him an ape and said we were dropping the F bomb.

Great selection, fast check out. Not much else needed from a Target. A handy, quick stop on the way to Methow for groceries or clothing items that you maybe forgot to pack :)

This Target was a mess! They also dont make their employees on the floor wear any sort of uniform so it took me a long time to find someone to help me. The entrance smelled like tuna mixed with urine! I love Target and needed a sweatshirt while on our trip. This was the worst Target Ive ever been to.

Employees are really nice, love that they put a self check out there as well. Cant stand the prices but do like the $1 and up section. I was super stoked they had a deadpool wallet/purse on clearance for $5.08. Oh and I do like going during sales too lol.

I purchased a sweater which was supposed to be 50% off, and a shirt that was $2. less than the purchase price. The 50% was not honored nor was the $2. off of the shirt. I am 100 miles away, and I could not return them for the sale price. Needless to say, I am not happy about the cashier not charging the correct price!

I generally love target, but wenatchee target is unusually warm inside. Whenever I go, its like a freaking furnace. The manager must have hypothyroidism or something.

I went there to return a few things that I had got for Christmas. Never used these items. I had the receipt and they wouldnt give a cash return only on a gift card. Doesnt make any sense and the staff was extremely rude in customer service. Her name was Leona.
