So happy with my new floors from The Floor Factory. Michelle worked with us and was really helpful in making our selections, scheduling the flow of work and coordinating everything. The carpet is gorgeous! We also love the Coretec flooring. Jeff did such a great job of installation. I highly recommend working with The Floor Factory because they have great products and fantastic service. With fresh paint and new flooring, I feel like I have a new house!

Absolutely the best customer service

Great experience working with Chad regarding Commercial office space projects. Not only providing new product but also providing solutions to extending the life of existing product.

Michelle was great, very professional. The installers and installations themselves are why the review is so low. Linoleum had recurring bubbling issues that the installers couldn’t fix over 3 return visits (on more than one occasion in addition to the above they indicated they would show up, but then either didn’t or canceled last minute), also they didn’t really make much attempt to level out parts of the floor before installing so there are both visible and fealable inconsistencies even in the final floors - a demonstration of this is that the toilet which oringally sat flat had to be shimmed since it’s no longer level underneath with the newly installed floor. The carpet installer did a good job with the carpet, but had a very bad attitude (I could hear him swearing and cursing while I was working - I work from home- upstairs) and he damaged the new linoleum (he pushed all his larger materials for the job down the staircase and a box with metal pieces sliced through it) after I’d mentioned multiple times it was brand new and to please be careful and gave him another entrance option that would not require walking/working over the new floor area or a long staircase. He also didn’t bring enough tack strip and had to leave and come back and dropped all his floor tacks on the floor - I stepped on one barefoot. Floor factory did their best to promptly order and replace the the damaged area which also ended up fixing said bubbling issues, but it created more seams and the need for transitions, also the linoleum installer knocked a hole in the wall with the new role of linoleum. At the end of the day, rather than two visits, one for linoleum, one for carpet, I ended up with 6 visits, and the need to disconnect and move large appliances (washer, dryer, freezer) twice more and to store them on my brand new carpet since I’d originally timed the linoleum to occur before hand so nothing would need to be carried over or put on new carpet. These extra visits were very disruptive to my work schedule, time consuming in terms of moving furniture/appliances, and were a huge setback to the timeline to complete both those areas and other parts of the house. I will not be using this company again.

I needed to get my carpet re-stretched and was in a hurry. I called The Floor Factory and they were able to get the wrinkles out of my hall carpet. My carpet looks brand new! The installer was very friendly and did a great job.
