The employees that work here are super nice and friendly, and 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 are pretty helpful with making recommendations. they have tons of inventory but if its a popular item it can sell out fairly quickly- however, i believe they restock at least on a weekly basis. evergreen carries some of my favorite craft beer brands (that only one other place carries in the valley, as far as i know and have found), such as great notion (portland), valley brewing co. (yakima), and imprint beer co. (pennsylvania), just to name a few. theyre sold individually and are expensive but not too much more than they are if you were to purchase them at the actual breweries (obviously they have to make a profit). and they have a vast selection of these beers in addition to all the other well known brands. i even found a cbd seltzer at evergreen that i havent been able to get anywhere else. this store is awesome and youll find things here you didnt even know you needed or existed.

Its an old building so its kind of dark but they have good service and they have a large selection Of vape materials and cigarettes and beer

Guy working the vape juice section had no idea what was in stock, and really made no attempt to find out. I asked if maybe they had a book of flavors from different manufacturers I could look at? Nope. (Id recommend putting one together. Makes things SO much easier!!!). I dont know if he was high or just not motivated, but I wont be back.

Great smoke shop with down to earth employees. I wish they had a bigger selection of snacks, kind of like a bodega. But what they lack in snacks they make up for with a huge room of glass and a big vape section. Lastly, its the cheapest place in town for the cigarettes I smoke.

I really enjoy this store. Lots of varatie, good prices, and mostly knowledgeable staff. I say mostly because I went in there the other day and the new girl over charged me by 4 dollars on a roll of Kodiak.. I let it go since I was already about to pay, but thats my only complaint thus far.. The owner is AWESOME great guy.

Honestly I love this store but the workers are hit or Miss. The boys are always cool but avoid the women at all cost . Not sure why they even work here when they refuse to serve customers ? They would be talking in a circle of 3 than help customers when there’s a line .. also the blonde girl needs an attitude check ;)

I went to this store this afternoon (December 7th) to get vape oil. I had a question about the products and the employee continuously spoke over me and repeated himself in a condescending manner. At one point I actually said, “Perhaps if you allowed me to finish my question you’d be able to better answer it?” The employee was then silent. I made my choice and checked out. This is the second time I’ve received this type of service. I will certainly be looking elsewhere for my future needs. 2 stars because they had the product I was looking for at a fair price. 0 stars for abysmal service.

This is officially my favorite smoke shop in all of washington. Its huge, built in a historical armory, and has EVERYTHING a person could want or need, including bulk butane.

Great customer service and cheap prices

They carry some Kratom products that arent available in other stores. They also have great prices on glassware. Their prices are comparable to online prices and even cheaper in some instances!

I would say this place is pretty awesome... except they have this one employee who just gets under my skin. His name is Brent. All the other employees rock though. I just try not to go here when this guy is working.

Kinda funny, they refused to sell me some Copenhagen because I wasnt wearing a mask. When I first walked in the 2 employees werent wearing masks either. Double standard limp wristed owner I guess. Might have to call the Chelan/ Douglas Health Dept.

Up beat place, vast variety of numerous apparatuss from tabacco to concentrates they have it all. And of course everything else a normal smoke shop carries. Cool shop to spend some time and look around.

They USED to be the best place in town if you like cigars, with a great walk-in humidor. But the past few months the selections become kinda spotty, the humidor room is often locked now to prevent shoplifting, and the place seems to be dominated mostly by the weed and vape crowd, with service to match. Mellow is fine, but the last time I was there, the clerk taking my money looked like he could barely keep his eyes open!Which is too bad, it used to be a good place. So maybe a bit pricier, but these days I get my cigar fix at Smoke City instead.

Merchandise was a decent quality the silicone pipe I purchased I had to do some alterations on to make it work correctly but the employees on staff seems knowledgeable so all in all it was a decent experience.

I love the shop and love the staff. They sometimes have fault merchandise though. I had bought a coil and after only one hit from my vape the cotton in the coil had unwrapped from inside and was burnt to a crisp. I don’t recommend buying vape equipment there. But are a great store to fill your stoner needs
