I have never been a “real jewelry girl” I have always been content with Brighton. However this changed when I inherited my mother in laws large single stone diamond ring. Having lost the diamonds out of my wedding band many years ago I wanted to create a new wedding band that could hold its own against a 10k single stone. I initially went to Seattle thinking that’s where “the best would be.” How wrong I was! From the moment I walked in the door and met Jaime, I could tell she knew what she was talking about and I was fortunate to be right on time for their Antwerp diamond buying trip. Jaime worked with me to create a gorgeous wedding band to coordinate with my solitare diamond. When it came time to retire again, Jaime create my final piece in my ring set a beautiful diamond band for my forefinger. All 3 rings are balanced and blend together beautifully. I won’t go anywhere other than Buttons for my jewelry needs. The staff is courteous, talented, listen to what your creative ideas are and help you have them come to fruition!! My husband bought me a beautiful ring from Costco for our 16 year anniversary. Their rings only come in one size so we decided to try Button. We paid $80 and it was still too big, just by 1/2 a size. They then told me I could purchase speed bumps because they didnt feel comfortable going smaller. I completely understood that reasoning, however when I asked if they could apply what I paid for the resizing towards the $138 price for the speed bumps they refused. I was disappointed that it didnt work out. We planned on purchasing a band from them as well. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. Overall vibe of the associates I worked with was nice, but arrogant. I definitely felt as though they could care less about going above and beyond for the customer.

We purchased my dream wedding band set through a well known jewelry store in Spokane and have had nothing but problems since. When they recommended I have them soldered together it took me 2 months to get them back and when I did I could barely get my rings on my finger. Being super frustrated I contacted Button jewelers to get my ring re sized. I live several hours away from Wenatchee and wasnt sure what size I should go with and was struggling. After several phone calls where they spent time explaining the process to me and what they thought would work best I had my husband take my ring to button.We went with a new size and a 1/4 which is what they said would be best and I have to say my ring fits absolutely PERFECTLY! I am so happy with the price, the service and how much time they spent helping me decide what I needed to do.My ring was done when they said it would be and it only took a week. I would recommend Button to anyone and hope this review helps people decide to give them a try.

We are new to the area and Button Jewelers is over an hour drive from our home - but it is worth it! I have been there twice to get jewelry repaired and it was done on the spot! Had a rough start with my wedding ring. Took it in to Jaimi to see what could be done about fixing it. She had great ideas and I was able to see a computerized picture and video of it. The ring came out exactly as the pictures and how I imagined it. I love it!

I lost the diamond in my wedding set around 10 years ago. Recently we had the opportunity to buy a bigger diamond already set in a band. I brought my wedding set and my new ring in to Button Jewelerss to see if they could separate my old rings and place the new one inside the wedding ring “wrap”. Nothing bad to say about this place, only been there the one time to have my fiancé’s nose pad on his glasses repaired (which I had no idea jewelry stores did that so that was pretty cool) I was told it would take 5-7 business days to get the repair done (you know, I’m not the only person that needs stuff fixed) which I expected as much, though I was worried cause the glasses were my fiancé’s only pair so I was worried about him driving without them for that long but low and behold 2 days after I drop them off they are ready to be picked up :) I appreciated the rush put on the repair!
