Yet somehow the team at Community Glass far exceeded my expectations. There were a few challenges with our project and Lisa (the owner) and her team stepped up and took ownership where appropriate and went above and beyond in advocating on our behalf to the window manufacturer to make sure that all of our concerns were addressed. The commitment to customer service as well as the grace and thoughtfulness of the Community Glass is unparalleled. They took what could have been unpleasant and contentious and provided the exact opposite experience. If you are looking for windows call Community Glass. You will not be disappointed.

Its been five plus since our shower doors were installed. Every time I look at them I get upset and decided I should write a review...Mind you we have had glass shower doors for years. We use a squeegee every time and our doors were always spotless and totally clear-no fogginess....After installation I called twice to have the fogging at the bottom checked & to make sure I was there when they came and to bring their cleaner. They didnt call-and just stopped in and never used their cleaner to clean the glass. I next asked that the representative for the company call me to set up appt. to look at the glass. He never called!! I called again and stated that he had never called...again never heard back..Just super frustrated and I let it go...sick and tired of the run around. I will never use them or recommend them.

Took a couple weeks to return the call for a bid. They were apologetic and said they were busy. Had already went with another company. Could be more customer focused.

Weve had the installation team out several times to do glass replacement and they were always polite, courteous, and hard working. They even came out this last time and navigated the 1 mile, steep, snow covered road to our cabin and got up on ladders and scaffolding in the middle of a snowstorm 3 days before Christmas. Now thats a dedicated team! As other reviews have indicated, the office personnel can be hit or miss but the install team is great!

Very happy with the service and products from Community Glass. Run very well and you are taken care of by the employees. They take pride in their work and product and back it up. Absolutely one of the biggest local business assets in the Wenatchee Valley. Thank you again for the excellent service!

These guys are very professional. We had a broken window on the front door during this whole Corona scare. These guys came right out, kept distance, and fixed the window in a proficient and timely manner. Moreover, everyone I communicated with was very helpful and nice. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

Service started out great. We ran into a problem with the manufacturer not delivering windows on time. Our windows were delayed almost 2 month. Then windows did not show up when we had been told they would arrive my husband drove to Wenatchee to pick them up and for the second time they did not arrive. The owner said we would get a discount for the inconvenience. Community glass ended up giving me the phone number of the manufacturer and made me deal with them myself. It took another 2 weeks and 6 more delivery set up times before my windows showed up due to my windows not being painted, delivery man getting injured, windows breaking, truck driver not having enough hours left to drive. I spent almost $4000 on windows and after all of the delays and trouble I was only given $100’s off. I am beyond disappointed with how community glass handled this problem.

We had Community Glass install a glass window which they did quickly and professionally. We also had them replace a piece of glass on my 100+ year old china hutch. It belonged to my Grandmother and it very important to me, Ian was so careful and diligent. I am so happy with the care he took with my china hutch. Had a back window seal come loose on my truck and shopped around for the best price before replacing, Community Glass was able to fix for under $100, and its not an easy repair. I also got a very good quote on windshield chip replacement, which I will be going back for soon.

We had all our windows replaced. They helped us qualify for the Chelan County energy rebate. Overall a pleasant experience. They were prompt, quick and affordable. Good job!

Helpful and friendly staff. My rearview mirror in my car falls off sometimes . And they have glued it back on for me at no charge. I really appreciate that service.
