Weve used Door Tech twice over the years, both times theyve been great. Last time was yesterday afternoon, I couldnt open my garage and when I realized the spring was broken I called Door Tech. They called me back wanting to know if I was available the next morning around 7am. Needless to say even though they were busy one of their repairmen arrived the next morning, had a spring and fixed my garage door in about 30 minutes. Professional and quick, wont use anyone else.

I was offered a specfic time to have my garage doors examined, the tech showed up punctually. He was highly knowledgeable about my Martin doors even though they are not available locally anymore and knew what adjustments were optimal. I needed a replacement sleeve for the bottom of one door but he indicated that the one I had was of higher quality than the replacement he could sell. He showed me a way that I could glue it once the weather got warmer. To my way of thinking, this was a refreshing act of honesty, with the customers interests in mind. Whats not to like?
