Great music store with a large collection of guitars and an assortment of other instruments. Bought an acoustic guitar here a couple years ago as they had exactly what I was looking for.

Have purchased here before. Decided to go in looking for some mixing equipment and a new guitar . Not one person even greeted me or said hello, can we help you . And at least one employee walked right past me as I was looking at some equipment . I was the only customer in the place : while walking out I was thinking, maybe they will redeem themselves with a thank you for coming in . Nada . I couldn’t help but having to say something, if they aren’t I guess I will. I told them great customer service, will not be coming back . Not really thinking they care, probably one less customer to spend money in the store . Oh, just to prove I spent about a thousand bucks here I will post the pick of the p-125 I now wish I had purchased elsewhere .

I just want to thank you for the assistance in picking out an acoustic guitar as a gift for my son yesterday. I am so glad we got to choose the Teton guitar. My wife and I were going to wait until Christmas to give this as a present for my son but figured he could use it already. My son was so happy and very thankful for this guitar and immediately said he noticed a big difference in the quality and sound of this instrument compared to his beginner one he has. We purchased his first starter guitar here as well and am glad we chose to get another one from you guys. Yall are very helpful, friendly, and have great customer service. Great selection, quality cables and Knowledgeable Staff!I have came in here multiple times now to pick up some XLR cables, speaker stands, and a T-Bar for my gobos and I have been received with great customer service and knowledgeable information from staff members. What really stood out to me is that each time I went in, different staff members knew exactly what I was looking for and knew their store and layout which led to a quick time saving stop. For example, their competitors across the bridge didn’t seem knowledgeable when I asked them the same questions and gave the same description of what I wanted in a phone call I placed last week. At Avalon they responded respectfully saying “we might not have this item in stock” and/or “I don’t know if we have that in stock” followed by “if you’d like to stop by I’m sure we can figure something out” which in my eyes is an example for exceptional customer service.All in all I would recommend Avalon as the products they offer are truly of quality and the staff is amazing! Now if you would excuse me, I forgot to pickup o-clamps yesterday.-Angel

Great experience here. Very easy to rent and return an instrument and I like that you have the option to rent for the whole year or to rent month to month. They ran out of violas for my daughters size but were kind enough to string a violin as a viola so she could have her instrument that day. When I went to return the instrument I asked if they knew anyone who could give ukelele lessons and the manager gave us names and phone numbers of people who offered lessons in town I really appreciated that.

I rented a fleet of speakers for my wedding. The customer service was exceptional. They went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, were very patient with all of my strange comments and concerns, and double & triple checked the order in advance of the big day. Very grateful we have a service like this in Wenatchee!

We came to the store 30 minutes before closing and we had issues with two guitars. Both issues where fixed before we left by Daniel. Just Great service and kind employees.

Good selection of mid range instruments. Digital pianos, guitar and bass amps, Some higher end martin. Plenty of strings, accessories and music books.They have 5 lesson studios. All around a nice looking store.

Staff is always welcome and helpful. This last time, I was looking for a specific music piece at an easy-to-play level, and as it was a slow day, one worker spent at least ten minutes helping me look through different books to find it. Staff has professionals to recommend for lessons, instrument repairs, etc. One stop for music needs.

Excellent customer service! Lavon could not have been more genuinely attentive to our rental order for our daughters wedding! At no extra cost she added wind screens for the microphones and an extra speaker for the best possible coverage for the outdoor wedding. She was very polite and very helpful - answered all of our questions, and even made suggestions specific to our needs if we were undecided as which choice was best. She later said, the last thing they want to do is ruin a wedding - more businesses should take that attitude to heart, instead of just worrying about how much money they can make off of your special occasion!

June 2018 They helped me out with a package for my sons Celebration of Life for $80. We will be doing an annual event and will be using them again! Friendly and reasonable. This was a 4 Star.May 2019 increased package to $100. The auxillary was none functional so music unable to be played through speakers. The point of having it1 of 3 mics woring.Returned early with its a package deal the response . Real Bummer- zero stars
