Overcharged and did not solve the issue, but charged over $150 for doing absolutely nothing, total ripoff. The service guy was long-winded and full of stories - was obvious to burn up time in order to charge. Also did not get right to the point but instead painted the picture of a long troubleshooting process in order ot set the stage for lining their pocket book. wont be using them again, ever.

Miserable experience. I will never use them again and encourage anyone who ask to shop elsewhere.
