I had Erik help me with what I needed, I simply told him what I like and dont like and he told me what would be best, he was right. I live all the way across town with another shop literally right down the street from me, and my wife and i would still always rather make the trip to Craft. Iv been coming here a lot since iv moved to Chelan... I lived in Cali for awhile and have a very high tolerance because edibles there are 500 mg, 1000mg... several times men helped me and they would suggest these 100 mg edible candies and said that’s all they had that was strong... I came in yesterday and this girl named Hannah was super super sweet and helped me find an oil in a syringe that is for patients with very high tolerances... without her I would of never find out about it and i finally found something to get me happy and stoned. Hannah helped me the most with the best recommendations. (:

We love coming into Craft. The staff is amazingly pleasant, knowledgeable and want to go above and beyond for their customers. The store is clean and masks are always worn by the staff and guests. We all hate wearing them but if it keep places like Craft open and available then Im more than willing to support them and follow the mandates. They are affordable with some of the best product Ive smoked. We HIGHLY recommend Craft for all your cannabis needs!

I used to love this spot! Then they sold me a battery that stopped working and wouldnt accept the return. I was alright with it because I did not have my receipt but then they sold me a faulty cartridge. I tried to return it with receipt in hand and they still would not accept the return. Unfortunately I wont be returning until customer service changes.*Edit for response. Just because you put a cartridge in a tester doesnt excuse the fact that the cartridge tasted like pure metal after being tested in three separate batteries by two separate people. What you could of done for me was accepted my return on a cartridge that is obviously not functioning properly and possibly endangering my health.

Rude staff clock is 3 minutes fast.

I live in seattle so we have pot shops on every other corner just like a starbucks.Made a trip out to Leavenworth wa.Decided to make a trip out here and see what the shop was like.Needless to say I was amazed literally anything and everything you want/need and then some. Found a grower never seen and they recommend another that was mind boggling. I would definitely recommend just stopping by here and you will want to make a drive back no matter what.

I currently live in Pullman but when I go home to visit this is my go to place! I have chronic back pain and get most of my goodies from there. Recently I sent my mother to purchase some things for me and she called to tell me that a Spanish Speaking man helped her out and made her feel welcomed! He explained a lot of things to her, and she was so content she came home with goodies for herself! 10/10 would recommend

Hey, if this is your thing, Craft Cannabis might be the place to go, in Wenatchee. Whenever we have to travel here, were faced with the awkward question of how (or IF) we can imbibe without violating a hotels rules. Smoking isnt it, and vaping is risky too... but Craft has GOT YOU COVERED. They carry an astounding array of drinks, candies, salves, and so much more... if you need medication or recreation- pop in and tell the staff exactly what you want. They can help you find it! (I reccomend the Rays Lemonade. Real sugar, no artificial sweeteners, to which I am allergic, and it comes in a variety of CBD only, CBD/THC mixed, or THC only.) Thanks for being a lifeline, Craft!
