Friendly and excellent customer service. Their representative waited patiently on the phone while I measured myself and my dog went after the string I was using. Initially, I ordered the wrong size, and they are very fair in exchanging it for the correct one. I would recommend this company to anybody who is looking for great products and wonderful help to back it up.The corset I bought, while a bit too large (my fault), exceeded my expectations and felt like it would be very comfortable, even tightened. It is very well made also.

I ordered two corsets from Orchard about six weeks ago. Although they were beautiful and extremely well made, neither fit quite right. I returned one within a few days but hung onto the other to see if I could make it work. Eventually I decided to try to return it, even though it was more than 30 days after I ordered. Rachel F. was extremely accommodating, helped me choose a replacement that was better suited to my shape, and was gracious throughout. These days its rare to find a company with staff who really want the customer to be happy, but this is one. I will happily shop with them again.

These guys are great. I wanted to get my wife a corset just for something fun and they let her come in for a free sizing and walked her through the whole process. She was a little nervous but they made it super comfortable and easy. A fun group of people who really help this guy out.

Great Customer Service! I ordered a CS426 lavender mesh (limited edition for Sumner 2017) and received it quickly. However, 6 days into seasoning, the mesh fabric started fraying in several spots. I sent a quick e-mail with some pictures. And was told that it was a manufacturing defect and that they would be sending out a replacement that day! Awesome! I didnt have to mail back the broke one or anything.

VERY helpful team online, and nice designs but if you arent a bigger girl, the corsets wont change your shape much. They arent strong enough in the middle for cinching skinny girls thoroughly and the strings could be thicker in my opinion. Good if you just want a nice piece but no drastic waistline change. I ordered a 22 waspie.

I ordered something from them online and Fedex evidently cannot use GPS correctly. They would not give me a refund because itd been delivered and their best advice was ask the neighbors... I need this corset for my wedding. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

In this case you get what you pay for. Its not as comfortable or sturdy as a Timeless Trends corset. This would be a good corset for a play or Halloween.

I have bought several corsets from Orchard online because their feedbacks everywhere are great. I am super disappointed because from my 5 corsets 2 were of one quality and 3 of totally lower quality though price and descroption was the same. So they simply mix cheap not quality corsets with some of good quality.

Note: I ordered onlineThis was my first corset, so I read the info on the site, watched the videos. I sent my measurements using the form to get recommendations from their fitting experts. In this form, I noted that I wanted the corest for fashion purposes. The fitting expert listed 3 corest models and sizes. Thinking they were all for my stated purpose, fashion, I ordered the one I liked best for $70.When I got it, it was big at the hips and bust. All of the companys reps on the site say to season it for a few weeks and to contact with pictures if that doesnt help. It didnt. It looked like I had large triangles stuck to my hips and masses under my arms.When I contacted them about it, Rep 1 basically said, it looks great for you for waist training (read: moving your bones and internal organs out of place). When I described how the fitting expert helped me, Rep 2 graciously offered to let me pay them 15% of the item cost (plus shipping, of course) for the privilege of returning the item so they could resell it, as the whole process had taken more than 30 days.Everything about this reeks of a scam. Step 1) misrepresent product by offering advice. Step 2) tell rube to keep trying to make unsuitable product work for weeks until return period expires. Step 3) demand money for taking back item to resell to next rube. Step 4) roll around in your mountain of money.Stay away from these people. They will rob you with a smile.

I ordered a overbust corset on August 10th 2018 and it arrived on August 14th 2018. So very fast delivery for standard delivery. Talked to alot of people who worked there and gave them my measurements which helped them figure out the correct size for me. Corset was a little big I bought a size 24 and there was too much gapping for just seasoning so I did an exchange and got a size 22 instead. I sent it back to them on August 17 and it arrived there August 24, they sent it back on August 28 and it arrived on August 29. So the exchange went smoothly and the 22 fits great so just seasoning it for two weeks 14 days according to their schedule. The one I bought is recently created so only comes in one color black. Great steel boned corsets both over and underbust.

Over priced and overrated products. Returns are nearly impossible. They advertise on free social media such as Facebook instagram and twitter but if anyone leaves negative feedback they simply delete it and block you from comments. Always going for shock factor they post racy inappropriate photos and constantly contradict themselves claiming to be a family company. The same corsets can be purchased on eBay from multiple sellers.
