I wish there were more places like this one...timely, professional and personable, very clean and organized shop. Having a 3pm appointment, I asked if itd be done by close (5p I thought) - Ill have it done by 4. I was surprised to get called about 30min later, all done. Will look forward to returning.

I called in after reading the other reviews online and made an appointment, I slept through the appointment he gave me... So I drove down to the shop the next morning, he said give me 10 minutes and I can look at it for you ( he had another customer he was finishing up with). He was very friendly and knowledgeable, got my truck on the lift and explained what was wrong and gave me a couple of options to fix it. I needed a couple pieces of pipe replaced and a new muffler. He was fast professional and honest, I would highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of exhaust work.

Thanks to Quik Auto in Chelan for one of the best referrals I’ve ever had. Just got a new used rig recently and didn’t realize my muffler was filled with pinholes till it practically fell off today. Thankfully I rigged it up enough to make it to Wenatchee. I called ahead and he said he was pretty busy & when I told him I had to drive over Stevens Pass tomorrow he said he’d make it work. I dropped it off at 1:30pm and it was done in less then an hour. They had to costume make me an exhaust since I was in a rush and it’s some of the nicest exhaust work my husband & I have seen & for a fair price. Highly recommend this shop!

Montana Transit annihilated my custom exhaust. I looked up a place to get it fixed on my route and found Holaday. On zero notice I got everything fixed up in just 4 hours, no hassle at the shop, and, maybe its because Im from CA and we just get ripped off all the time, but the price was extremely reasonable. I felt good enough to throw in a tip out of extreme gratitude. This place rocks!

Amazing service, great price. I took my truck to the dealership (waited two weeks for an appointment), arranged an early drop off and a ride to and from work, only to have the dealership call and tell me they couldn’t find anything wrong. I told them to go back and find the hole on top of the muffler. 20 min later they called again and said there was nothing wrong. Frustrated, I took the truck to Holaday’s and they got me in the next day and found the top of the muffler was completely blown out(Which I already knew based on the sound and also the exhaust pouring out and up between my truck bed and cab), replaced it quickly and for half the price the dealership may have charged had they been competent. I highly recommend Holaday’s and will always go back any time I need this type of worked performed! Thank you Holaday’s! My truck sounds and feels like new!

I wrote a good review about this place but over time I found out he didnt use even the correct hangar for the muffler he put in - it kept falling down. I had to have someone else replace it and do it properly
