Used as part of a claim through Gecio. Initially was told it would take five days. So we decided we didn’t need a rental. It ended up taking over a month. It would not have mattered so much if they were transparent and provided me with constant updates. Which I didn’t get. I constantly had to call and even go by shop for updates. Eventually having to reach out to the adjuster for help getting my car back. I will never use again. If I could give no stars I would.

As a former auto damage appraiser, this was one of my favorite shops to work with. They never tried to ask more than was needed like a lot of dealerships here in the valley. Their facility has the same technology just this shop is cleaner. Cars were always in and out quick. Everything was done in house, no subletting out to other shops. I wish them more success!

Definitely recommend!! My vehicle was hit by a trampoline during a storm. It side swapped it and took my side mirror. I was referred to Kings of Color for the body repairs. I was not disappointed. Cant even tell it was damaged. Took less than a week to repair. Always answered when I checked for updates. Would definitely go back for any repairs.

From the moment I dropped it off to when I picked up all the staff that assisted me had phenomenal customer service and attention to detail . 100% recommend them for any bumps and dents . Only one thing that may upset others is they did delay a day from expected finishing day but to be honest they detailed & washed my car so I wasn’t even bothered by it .

I was involved in an accident that damaged the rear right bumper on my vehicle and I took it to King of Kolors to get looked at. Jerry provided great customer service and I was satisfied with his work. Bodywork for my car took around 3 days. They also washed/polished it and cleaned the interior of my vehicle. Jerry left my vehicle looking brand new and did a great job with the repairs.

They dont follow instructions at this body shop. A guy named Jerry took my order for collision repairs on my 2016 Chevy Malibu. Some old lady ran into me in a supermarket parking lot. Ive got insurance with Geico. There were four (4) separate parts to the job but only one of them was complete when Jerry told me the car was ready. I had to wait while one the jobs was done after I got there, thinking my car was ready to go. Jerry had already left for the day, so I had to talk to one of the workers. Jer didnt bother to tell me he wouldnt be there when I picked up my car either. Guess I didnt rate a personal appearance. I paid a lot of money for this: $450.00 out of pocket. I wont go back. My Truck was sitting in the same spot for about 5 months. Jerry lied about working on it and almost being done when the truck hadn’t been touched. Would not recommend for a big project. If you have a scratch that rubbing compound can take off this might be the place for you.

Had a 2006 Corvette painted black from silver. Quality sucked! Paint was coming off the car. I could see the black paint fading. It faded in several places. Car looks horrible. Today 27th February, I had a reply to review. Yes, I did get car painted 2 years ago. The problem was I took the car back to you twice. Once from California and another from San Antonio. Second time I took the car was because painting was just coming off the car. My car has so many scratches. My car sat at your shop for over a month and your manager didnt know what it was there for. You lied about having worked on the car to my spouse. Even your manager contradicted what you said. You dont have to worry about me taking vehicle back. Ill take it somewhere else. Over all, I dont think youre a bad person but the job you did was poor.
