I originally called RGV Autoglass, but was told they’re located in McAllen and they don’t do any cracks, just chipped areas. They referred me to this place, so I called at 8:10 am and asked for mobile service to my workplace. The lady who answered the phone was extremely helpful with details about the process. She was quick and friendly. Mr. Lupe kept me in the loop when traveling to my location. He informed me when he arrived and he completed the repair by 9:10 am. They took my payment over the phone upon completion. It was a very hassle free situation. I am very satisfied with their service.

Got the windshield of my 2012 Toyota Sienna replaced here. Great service. Repair couldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes. Would definitely recommend to others if you need your vehicle’s windshield replaced.

Fast friendly did great work

Horrible customer service. The lady at the reception was rude and was charging three times the price claiming the job would be difficult and require extensive hours. I found another glass shop down the road on old 83 in front of the City Hall and they did the same job for $10 and only took 10 min. The lady at the reception also claimed, with a rude demeanor, that the “other” shops were closed and that I would be back.

Good job but charged to much for used window did not deliver when they said had to buy a used window charged me more for used one 160 was the prize and to take it back cause they left glass in my door

Dont get your chipped windshield repairs done here. They tell you after the work is done and youve paid that there is no warrantee. Bad job to boot! Very disappointed.
