Honestly the people who work there do not know anything about hair they should know what products are and what they are. I had to look up the product online to realize they had the product I asked about. This was just today. The other day I went and the lady didn’t even give me the proper direction of the correct product to use to color correct my hair. This is very upsetting when you go to a place that the employees should know what the products are and how they would help each hair color. I even explained exactly what I wanted and still got told the wrong thing.

Customer service his horrible and honestly the workers there have no knowledge on their products. I would not bother asking the employees on what products they recommend because half of the time the outcome of the products are not going to be what you are expecting. It’s better to do tour own research before going into a Sally’s beauty store.

They never have enough people when I need help the hair dye I use is ok it doesnt bleed like many other dyes but it fades away quick in about less than a month and I dont shower every day
