I gave the company 1 star because I got my money back. Javier was very nice and attentive the owner lied about his workers and the material. I was told they would be there on Thursday and I waited then I called to see what was up when they did no show. The owner was very nice and stated he would return my call because Javier hadnt been to the office yet he was going to get there at 11. Well 11 came and no call I called and the line was busy but guess what it wasnt the owner had blocked my calls. I asked my husband to call and his call was answered. Very time I called busy/blocked. The owner told my husband Javier would come in at 1 but guess what another lie. I then went to the shop in person and explained my frustration to the owner. I told him and so did my husband that we need communication. I told him that I knew some jobs take longer and sometimes the workers show up late or material ordered is not deliver as promised. He assured me that was not the case he had everything they were a bit busy. My husband called him later and he said he didnt know anything it was Javier sale. We then postpone the job for Saturday. Okay Friday came my husband called to make sure things were set for Saturday well it turns out they did not have the tile I purchased but apparently they were going to give us a better tile higher grade more expensive. What I said he told me on Thursday it wasnt that. I then called and asked for a refund and they did refunded me my money. I wasnt going to do business with them if they are not being straightforward.

I had the best service by Mr. Garcia. I had been shopping around and looking for prices. They have the best prices also. Mr. Garcia is the one to go for help when it comes to tile.
