Staff very friendly and helpful. Took extra time to make sure all my needs were met.

I love this T-Mobile store. I was having a charging problem with my 5 year old iPhone SE. I went to one T-Mobile store and was almost pressured into buying a new phone. I decided to try this store. They checked it out and sent me to the new repair store next door where the charging port was replaced in 90 minutes at 10% of the cost of a new SE model i-phone.This store is the place to go. They don’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

Everything was fine but I had to wait 20 to 30 minutes just to make a payment that was uncalled for
Nobody seems to know what theyre doing.
The sales lady absolutely lied to us. She told us that we could exchange our screen protectors anytime right in the store which was a lie. Management refused to honor our agreement and told me that that employee no longer works there. I don’t care if she works there or not, I bought an overpriced screen protector because of the fact that she told me I could exchange it right there in the store. The salespeople here have no problem lying to you just to make a sale. I will never step foot in this place again and I am canceling one of my lines with T-Mobile today. Very bad customer service, and then they wouldn’t even make it right.

I remember going to T-Mobile store and be amazed about the knowledge of the sales personnel.They have so much turn around on personnel that every time you go back, all are new faces and no knowledge of service or devices.Sorry, but last couple of times I walk out disappointed.Still, T-Mobile great service, reasonable price and customer service over the phone is great.
Its black Friday sale. And I literally felt like I was rushed out of there. My mother and I were looking for a better plan and new phones and the lady named Gracie didnt help us. She didnt really give us a chance to ask any questions; she literally just kept adding to our monthly payments; costs that werent going to be there once we traded in our phones. Weve been coming to T-Mobile for awhile and weve never had such bad customer service until today.
Weve had tmoble for over 6 years. We had Lorena and George help us the last 2 visits and they were very helpful into finding something that your looking for and friendly. Most places just give u what u ask these ask questions and give you options to make sure you leave with with something good and take their time into helping you not just trying to making a sell and next, no matter how busy they are. Plus everyone there is pretty to look at while you wait.
Very sinister employees. When you plan to buy one thing, youll end walking out with more than what you thought. Of course, you might think I was gullible. But I was lied into a deal. Turns out the tablet isnt $10. I had to pay hidden fees of a total of $150 in hidden fees. Its th me first time. It happened to my sister. No surprise T-Mobile had a huge lawsuit on these kinds of practices.

Bad enough you have to wait outside because of the virus they let me in left me waiting forgot about me cause they were messing around very dissatisfied been going there for years this was the worst
Had to give 1 star just because I couldnt give 0. I dont know what kind of training the associates get to work there. I personally dont have Tmobile but one of my coworkers went to go open a line and it so happened that the worker from tmobile that helped them Criselda Mandujano knows me & all she did was talk about my private life to my coworker when she found out we worked together. She has to leave her personal life at home and not take it to work. I went to go speak to one of the managers because this has affected my personal life and job and he said he would speak to the store manager and will be calling me back. I waited 3 days didnt hear from them. I went back and the store manager was there Michelle Lozano she apparently didnt know any of the situation and was giving me attitude of what did I want her to do, like if it was okay for her associates to be talking about other peoples personal lives to their customers. And if I didnt have tmobile service what was she going to do. I will get to customer service and take this further.

Worst customer service ever. The employees are only after you to make a sale. Not very helpful and take too long to serve you. I waited in line for an hour and half just have my phone SIM card activated.
Last time I went, the lady that was supposed to help us didnt even help us instead she was talking to another customer that was waiting for her and the lady helping us said something to us that didnt even make sense. The person that was really helpful to us was named Lupe.

The music is so loud in this store you cant hear the associate talking to you. The associate put the wrong screen protector on the phone I just purchased her and another associate told eachother to not admit to the mistake.

The service is poor. There are always about 3 associates standing around not doing anything. I once had the associate help me and was more on his phone and talking to another associate than helping me. ONE THING THAT BUGS ME IS THE STORE FEELS AS IF IT IS A CLUB AND THE MUSIC IS SO LOUD YOU CAN HARDLY HEAR THE ASSOCIATE.

Awesome place and so many phones to choose from and excellent customer service.
They take forever to assist, you have to wait standing for hours, while the employees are just taking selfies. The music is super loud, it is hard to hear when you are called. Very dissatisfied with the service.
Just moved to the valley and i come to this t- mobile and this store is so full wgere is the Manger i couldnt belive there is 2 workers with 1 customer and then one of the employee had a customer and was checking his cell phone this store really sucks
