Great job at the Weslaco Starbucks particularly given were visiting from out of state. Very busy especially mornings. Shout out to Karen, and also the young lady in the colorful dreads (sorry cant recall name), both super friendly.
I’ve never been disappointed with Starbucks. But today I was. I ordered a strawberry acai with lemonade and it was really watered down and my pumpkin bread was hard as if it was left out😩

Have always had a great experience even when they would mess up the order, but today .. I was pretty much told we are very busy with tons of drink orders, so it was okay for my order to made incorrectly. It was not so much the incorrect made drinks but more the poor customer service. Honestly I was so sadden to be treated this way.
Super disappointed 😞 my strawberry refresher just tasted like water and no strawberries in it ..Idk whats going on with weslaco because they werent like that before and theyve been slacking bad

Well I was like the most loyal Starbucks customer ever only now this particular Starbucks has decided they will no longer carry equal which is my preferred choice. I find this extremely bizarre in that I have been to many other Starbucks since this policy has been in effect and none of them anywhere seems to have this policy. Coupled with always seeming to be out of the one pound pike place I prefer has caused me to relocate my loyalties to other Starbucks stores. Unfortunate
No problems here! The staff is so friendly and energetic. I called earlier to see if they could modify my mobile order and they werent even bothered by it and the barista was just the sweetest! The drive threw line though is LONG, so mobile order is the way to go. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I love this Starbucks and its located close to where I live. I never have an issue here and every time I go the employees are always friendly. Tho this is just my own experience with them, cant speak for the rest.
They ran out of straws and basically forced to buy a reusable one... 🙄
This is one if not my favorite starbucks...always busy but they take the time to greet everyone coming in...Ive seen them handle karens with ease....very polite and professional...i go there everyday and ive never been treated bad or had any problems there...they are on top of their game...great job and keep up the positive attitude 👏

The drive thru waiting is more than 30 minutes.they have alot of young employees who even though are alot of baristas still take alot for them to prepare your order
The drive through line is so SLOW!!!!! I use the app, order early, and then you get there and have to wait between 10-30 mins in line. We always have to get down to get the drink and most of the time, the ice is always melted and the frapps are not slushie enough. 🤷♀️

Weslaco store is slow as molasses. There is always a line inside and outside (which is awesome business for them), but there is no sense of urgency from the employees. Everyone seems to move at their own pace (slow). Also, half the time you cant order ahead on the app. Very annoying. They need better management in order to better train employees. Or maybe they need to screen applicants more thoroughly and sift out the lazy people. Harlingen store on Tyler has amazing customer service. Will be going there from now on.

Went by the drive thru and got a surprise me drink. The guy at the window was super nice and the surprise me drink was amazing!!! Called to say thank you and Alexis was the one who answered and she made my surprise me drink! She seemed super sweet, great customer service guys.
Very busy but very fast putting out orders
Ordered online to avoid the long drive true line, it said wait time would be 5-6 minutes got there on time and had to wait 15 more min for the order 🙄 (one iced coffee) . Staff was friendly and trying to get things done but They should at least tell you the real time it would be ready.
Took over an hour to get two drinks, they said someone else took mine and that was the reason. Second time I have a terrible time getting my two drinks 😔
Slow. Disorganized. And run by people who stare at the screen with no clue of what their menu has on it.
My drink was delicious but the wait was crazy. I waited close to an hour in the car line then decided to go inside because I still had not ordered. I got off and finally ordered. I then waited 20 more minutes to get my order. Makes me not want to go back.
Never, ever visit this store. I waited in the drive thru line well over 30 minutes for my coffee. The line of cars was long but not ridiculous. Ive been in long Starbucks lines before. The line at this store was moving at a snails pace. When I complained to the barrista, she said, Its always like this. Something is just wrong with this store. Situations like this always go back to management.

Mobile order format is never updated. Having to travel for the holidays, we placed a big order through the app to avoid stalling the lines and such. Getting there, with plenty time given, our entire order of drinks was just empty cups stacked on top of each other. Since the mobile form didn’t show any items were unavailable I was able to purchase them ( as you can see the ticket on cup with a total different drink in it). I was given the option of only one drink to compensate all my other variety drinks. Not so cool but ehh, the barista who ended up helping me after the fact, was pretty cool. Didn’t catch her name tho.
The cashier was awesome. The barista gave me a grande when I ordered the trenta. When I told her about the mix up I saw her put my grande drink in the trenta cup and fill it with ice. Are you serious? I didnt say anything because of the rush, but this is the worst service Ive received.
The lines are always super long. Suggestion: Have someone outside when the lines are long to take orders. Other than that I love the cofee.

Took 40 minutes to get my order and they left it on the side and forgot. By the time i got my order the drinks were melted it was just water. Then had to wait another 10 minutes to get the brownies. So disappointed in the service.
The food/drinks are good like any other Starbucks, customer service was great as well, the problem is that they are very busy and wait time are very lengthy. Starbucks should consider opening more locations off the expressway.
Worst customer service employee are being heard bad mouthing about customers . They are very rude and lie about having merchandise poor excuse of a store service!

March 23 at 9:19 me and my bf when to pick up my drink and my bf asked a female worker I’m here to pick up an order for orly and she looks at us and then ignores us we waited a sec another lady was also waiting and the lady check on her name and we decided to as well the worker didn’t even told us our drinks where ready after we asked her
Amazing drinks and the guy that you have taking the orders is just spectacular definitely needs a raise for outstanding work.
Service is still great but since they remodeled the place there is no room and it’s a lot more crowded so BIG THUMBS DOWN. I went stopped by the past few days and there is no room you can tell people are working uncomfortably because they are really close to the person next to them. So do not recommend there to work just get your coffee and go. Also the outside outlet does not work 🙄🙄🙄
Long lines and to get to the order they had limited menu available they were out of several items
I went to Starbucks yesterday with my friend around 6 and the drive thru worker was extremely nice and playing around with us and it made our day and he gave us a extra cake pop but it was the wrong cake pop (I ordered a chocolate one and he gave us two cookie dough) but we weren’t mad because he was such a nice guy shout out to the drive thru worker I wish I got his name but he had a Texas A&M mask...Thank you

It’s not allowed. *2) Starbucks can’t over staff due to the Covid-19 regulations and or other issues.3) As of July 30, 2020 you may now enter the store to order and/or pick up your mobile order.Thank you!*someone may get fired for doing so.

I absolutely love Starbucks! I dont get it very often because it is a little pricey with these hard times but I treat myself every now and then. The staff is always friendly and very helpful when I have questions on certain items. Great place to relax and enjoy a cold frapaccino in this hot Texas heat.
Mobile ordered a coffee at this store and when I came to pick it up they told me I can only order through drive-thru. The drive-thru was 10 cars deep at this point and not only was I being told to wait I also would’ve gotten cold coffee by the time I went through it. Defeating the whole purpose of mobile ordering I just asked for a refund. The lady was confused about the mobile order payment and came out to my car to talk to me. Keeping the ten cars in line waiting for even longer. She then offered to take my phone to refund my Apple Pay. This whole thing starter because I couldn’t walk inside and get my mobile order but she can come out not wearing gloves to take me card or phone for a refund. I asked why she couldn’t just bring the coffee out and she said it wasn’t fair to the other cars waiting in line. But we can waste 15 minutes with the refund process??? I understand the COVID-19 protocols but this was the worst process. Maybe staff more so the line isn’t long and have people only come in for mobile orders and wear gloves and don’t touch strangers phone. Just my suggestion because I not only left without coffee this whole process wasted time.

Order every once in a while ahead of time through my app and always get my coffee don’t have to wait but today I went and ordered my coffees ahead of time and they took forever!! As I got to the window asked the barista for a cup holder & she took like 10 mins just to get a cup holder, my coffee doesn’t taste that good as I thought it would be, hopefully they can fix it up next time

Even with mobile ordering several minutes before arriving still had to wait about 20 min. Went 2x and the 1st visit one of my drinks was ready and sitting there, while I waited about 15 min for the second drink, both were Frappuccinos so one was really liquidy. The 2nd visit I took my daughters and they also mobile ordered, and they waited over 20 min.
