I placed an online print job (several) and the turn around time was super fast! The price was fair as well. Easier and probably more cost effective overall than printing at home.I would try their online copy and print service if you’re needing jobs done. The online ordering process was easy and fast. Great job guys!

Went today 9/3/2020 and store was closed. Door employee gave no explanation and just said we are closed for today.. Sign says open til 8pm.

Awesome customer service. I had about 65 boxes each weighing 40 lbs. for UPS drop off that they were happy to accommodate. Ive been to a lot of UPS stores all over Texas, and never have they been as accommodating as the workers here. Two of the employees even helped me unload all of the boxes. Very pleased.

Store dreadfully understaffed, waited 15 mins to be in the office furniture dept for some help, did not see anyone in the back half of store to flag down. I had two items to accomplish, buy an office chair, fed ex a small item to my daughter. more of the same at the fed ex/copy dept. one person working.finally got to tell the person what I needed, was told she did not have a box small enough but I could buy a generic box2 isles over, lost my place in line, found the size box I needed but could only purchase a package of four. left the store, went to the Ups shop, 5 mins later item packaged, label printed, paid for and I am out the door

The costumer service is attendent for very helpful people in time manner.

Employees standing huddled together with no greeting as customers walk in. Front checkout area is very messy. Ordered an item and never got a call that the item was in.

We get everything we need there and we love it

This is the worst office Depot ever and I type this as I stand in line they take for ever and there is never any one on the floor to help you I wouldnt even give them a one star either

I went to the office my cat Weslaco and I walked all the way to the back with a desk areas are at I was just sitting there like for quite some time and I didnt have anybody come to me and asked me what I wanted I already wanted to purchase a school bus for my son there was a price tag that says 178 finally I was able to walk to the front and said that I needed help customer comes to the back end she tells me that the tax had 78 but the price went up to 199 can you please honor the price on the desk and she said no so I walked out not too happy

We buy most of our supplies here using all the coupons that we get. They add a lot to our savings.

Dont expect them to help you with anything and when they do, they move as slowly as possible. The employees mostly stand about BSing with each other and customers. Save time, go to UPS or FedEx to print.

Not enough people to answer customer questions

No one on the floor to help you find something. There were several other customers that needed assistance, but no one to help them as well. It was midday.
