Always been treated great. And once the gentle man even told me the tank wasnt fully empty, so he gave me a partial refund, and showed me how to check for emptiness, AMAZING !

I drive up with 8 mins til closing and the man working the fill station refused to provide a refill. I advised him it wasnt 3pm which is the closing time but he stated he had to be out by 3 because it was a slow day and proceeded to lock the gate. Completely rude and not professional!

Horrible customer service. The front office staff at the Weslaco location are very rude.

For the first time In 5 years I have gotten a bad refilled at Betts oil, they have told me they have changed owners. I went to claim this and they said to me that they wear not responsible. I use this on forklifts, and since last week of 6/2/2016 I had problems with one of the forklifts. They took the tank out thinking it was empty today 6/8/2016, and... nope it wasnt empty. It was heavy. I opened the reales valve and air just came out. I am thru getting my propane here. P.S I cant complain about the service is awsome. Just that little problem I had. If some can explain, Ill listen. Thank you, God bless you all.
