Usually love shopping this Target as most the employees are helpful and friendly, today I stopped at Starbucks first to get a drink before shopping and had the unpleasant experience of dealing with and employee of Target named Tisha, she was very unprofessional and even started joking with the girl working at Starbucks when I told her where I stood wasnt a big deal and even let her go in front of me she continued to joke with the employee about this incident. I will be reaching out to cooperate about this incident

I have been using the drive up service for things I am not able to life, carry or push by myself in the store due to hand/wrist disability and the staff are the most amazing people. Beyond helpful. Customer service to the max. I highly recommend the drive up service and specifically the staff at the hwy 100 store. They always go above and beyond. It is my favorite target store.

I love Target! Great products, quality items, friendly and helpful employees. I see only 2 styles of Targets how they are set up inside so I always know where to find things. I love the app for Target. I can literally look up an item and find the exact location inside the store. Amazing!

Bought a fan with missing hardware. Called and asked customer service if I could bring a receipt and get hardware from another fan. One fan would have to be returned and I figured it would be easier to just return one off the shelf with missing parts than to drag a half put together fan back. I was told No. You have to bring it back to exchange it. At this point I shouldve asked for a manager.Went back to Target with the half put together fan and said Id like to exchange it for one with all the parts. Was told Id have to purchase it before checking the box for all the pieces. I understand how inventory works and maybe it was because the customer service girl had an arrogant attitude but I asked for my money nack and left. i will most likely never go shopping there again.I did speak with a manager who WAS very nice.

I am so lucky to have this Target near me. It’s my favorite place to get groceries and everyone is so kind. I’ve had several encounters with cashiers Tammy and Kirsten and although they might not know me by name they do such a great job and they’re so kind! I’ve been wanting to write a review for a while now just to shout them out and I hope they see this. Give those ladies a raise! They deserve it!!!:)

Friendly service. Greeting with a smile and great attitude! Needed a specific toy for my son and a rep requested someone to help immediately! Didn’t have the item but checked for other Target stores that did! Such an amazing experience!

This Target stands up to the quality of the other ones Ive been to. The store is really clean, inside and out. Its well lit and the aisles are wide. Good selection of merchandise (when there isnt a pandemic going on!) All in all, if you are a Target person, youll be pleased with this location.

I forgot my cell phone but saw a Target associate delivering to another car. She used my drivers ID. I was so appreciative. Im handicapped so it is a hardship to come inside.

Target is a giant step up from Wal-Mart!! Even their proprietary line is better than most.This particular location is both retail and grocery. So theres plenty to pick from. Prices are slightly higher than Wal-Mart, for instance, but you get what you pay for. I able to purchase an emergency medical kit for $25 and it actually had more than I expected! Whether youre shopping for yourself or for someone else odds are youll find what you need here. The grocery section is nice and stocked well. Target as a whole has very good quality clothing, tech., T.V.s, phone accessories, toys for all ages, and a great health care section. Customer service is good, people actually help you! Prices, as I stated earlier are slightly higher but comparable. Ill definitely be coming back.

Ive had good experiences at this Target. People are usually friendly and service is pretty fast when its not rush hour.

The Target in West Allis was very clean, and brightly lit. I was greeted by a member at the door, and I was able to get a freshly cleaned cart. I was quickly served when I went to the checkout, and the team member did an excellent job at serving! Overall experience was incredible!

In recent visits to this store, Ive noticed two annoying practices:1. There are always plenty of employees either walking around, withtoo little to do -- or just standing and visiting with each other; and2. Targets Circle program -- offering 1% back on purchases -- isjust another big box scam. Items I regularly purchased, oftenin the grocery section, have simply been marked up 1% -- or,in some cases, much more.I had a conversation this afternoon with a smarmy employee -- whoidentified herself as an assistant manager (and was, of course,standing and visiting with another employee). She promised to relay these concerns to top management. I wont hold my breath waiting for any improvement. In the interim, Ive greatly cut back on my Target spending; and, as they say, voted with my feet and taken that business elsewhere.

The help at the store!! Everyone at this store has their masks on properly covering their nose. The store is constantly being cleaned and social distancing is a priority not just a wish. The clerks are very happy to be there.

I was just told they would not accept my cut out p&g coupons that come in the sunday paper because there system would not recognize them even though I bought exactly what the coupon said. Like buy 3 save $5 on pantene, etc. They expired today so they should have still been good. Everytime I go to this target there is a new policy rule.

It took me a moments to find the items I wanted on the website and only waited for about a minute in the parking lot. Very easy and convenient

Target has great prices for most of their merchandise & I consider Target an essential shopping location for clothes, groceries, toys, cosmetics, tools & outdoor equipment, electronics & entertainment. Most Targets also have an inside or attached pharmacy (CVS, as of 2021)

We went to complete our baby registry today, and had probably the best experience at any Target ever. We were having a hard time getting our gift bag for our baby registry at a different Target, and the woman working at customer service gave us our gift bag with no problem and she was so nice about it. I wish I remembered her name. We then went to the baby department, where Peter came over to us right away, and was so nice and helpful. He helped us pick out a monitor, and helped us getting the remaining items off our registry. When we went to check out, Mitchell was incredibly nice and so helpful with all our coupons and gift cards. Amazing customer service by all 3 of the employees who helped us today.

I do almost all of my shopping here. Always have what I need. Super helpful workers!

I have been stalked, harassed and now food poisoned at Target from Minneapolis, MN to, Milwaukee and West Allis, WI. The food poisoning started at the Target in West Allis with a very bad tasting GTs Kombucha that made me sick, Bananas began to have a wierd taste giving me a headache and stomach ache, simply balanced blue corn chips with flax seeds dont taste the same and made me sick, tostitos corn chips very nasty staleness, yogi tea and traditional medicinals tea has caused me a lot of pain and sickness over the past several months as I thought they were independent companies with a high level of healing integrity and would not participate in corporate government stalking and food poisoning. Boy was I wrong and will be contacting all of these companies also. Test your food in every Target you visit guests.

Poor advertisement I should not have to read fine print it should be clearly marked in ad and on the shelf. Specifically ad from 8/9 to 8/15 buy 4 deodorant/soap for $3.99 and get $5 gift card it did not say that it could not be multi-packs.

Ease of curbside pickup. I love that I can pick up things other than groceries.

Depending on if I am home or not this one is closest so I come here more often and same with Kohls but still dont know why they closed the one on 27th Street because that one was nice because it usually wasnt as crowded. Who has ever heard of a Target closing?

One of my favorite Target stores. The employees are all so friendly and helpful. Customer service here has gone above and beyond my expectations! And a big store, so a big selection of items.

The staff is always really nice and very helpful. You feel like they are happy to help. I love shopping at this location. Especially Jessica that usually works in, I think, stocking beauty department. Love going and seeing her there. I know if I need any help, she will try her best to help me. It is, staff like her that makes love coming back every week to shop there.

This store is doing better by having the employees wear masks but they need to wear them properly. Not covering the nose or just on the chin is pointless. I also think Target needs to make it mandatory for all customers to wear masks.

The cashier was pretty cold. She dropped my items into bags rather than setting them into the bags. Taking care of a customers purchases goes a long way to getting a good review for the store. They are the people in the store that everyone will have interaction with. WE can all have bad days, but it is best to treat your customers like you would like to be treated.

I have always liked Target. I am glad they they sell some Kpop merch and CDs in store. Its not a big selection but it is one of the only stores, in my city, to find these items without having to order them.

On Aug 21, 2020 went to Electronic area of store around 3pm. This one star is just for the electronics area. The other workers are a 4-star. Since they got rid of their main Electronic experts in the elctronics area...there is no help. If you have an issue with phone they say they cant help you, even if you got the phone from them. If you have a TracFone they wont help either. Has gone down hill. Person was also an opinionated person in his 20s that needs to learn to be civil and friendly. Use to like going there but no longer. Will go to the one in Brookfield. Friendlier.

It was very easy to order ahead of time, pay and then just drive up and let them know that youre there for your pickup. Always have what I need (and more) either in stock or available to order through their website to get delivered.

The one star is directed toward the AT&T sales rep who mocked me, and the inappropriate conversation among the employees.I went to Target to buy a mouse for my laptop, and on my way to the computer accessories aisle, an AT&T sales rep approached me. I politely told the first AT&T sales rep that I wasnt interested as I already have AT&T. Then, the other AT&T sales rep followed me into the computer accessories aisle as he mocked me in a very condescending, childish tone, Im not interested. I already have AT&T. Then he said something I couldnt make out. Im certain it was an insult that he muttered. I was about to confront him, but he walked off before I had the chance. Then, as I was contemplating on which mouse to buy, those two AT&T sales reps and Target employees in the electronics section by the cell phones were fraternizing with each other as they were having the most inappropriate and irresponsible conversation about how they couldnt wait for their shift to end so that they could go party, get drunk, and hook up with some hot girls. Hmmm, are those man boys not aware of Covid-19? That is very irresponsible of them to be conducting themselves in such a manner in these Covid-19 times.I can not believe that Target and this store would allow such behavior. The way those man boys were conducting themselves was appalling. They were carrying on like immature frat boys in a strippers bar. That was the most inappropriate and irresponsible behavior and conversation for those man boys to have had been having in a reputable place of business such as Target. Target is not a frat house nor a bar. I urge this store to retrain all their employees that inappropriate behavior such as those man boys and their impromper conduct is unprofessional, unacceptable and will not be tolerated. Therefore, I will no longer be shopping at this store. It would be irresponsible of me to bring home Covid-19 due to those reckless and careless AT&T sales reps and Target employees.

The employees have always been polite and helpful. Their store is also clean and organized. It lacks the disarray that seems common in retail.Include Target in your search for value. This reviewer found great savings in the electronics, appliance, and office supply areas. They often win the underwear and sock battle, too.

Amiria at the West Allis store was so helpful. I came in and she helped me find my perfect foundation color. She had a smile on her face, was very informative and never once made me feel like I was a bother to her. I called the store to speak to the manager to find out she was new to the store. She is truly an asset to the store and I will continue to shop there on a regular basis.

Every time I have needed to use the drive up option, All the associates have been speedy, helpful and courteous. I appreciate their work during this stressful time

Incident occurred to where there was an unwelcome feeling...didnt feel wanted so left the store and I wouldnt recommend going to that location to honestly anyone. Well if you want to be treated fairly at least.Even in Wauwatosa theres a more welcomed feeling if you know what I mean.

Team members at this location were friendly and quick to offer assistance. Especially the greeter, who made an extra effort to be helpful. He brought a mobility scooter right to me, and later helped load out my groceries.Elderly and disabled customers often find shopping to be frustrating or a challenge, so it’s always nice to find friendly people who are willing to help.

The employees here seem to be non interested in their work. The customer service lacks customer service. Not at all friendly or helpful. People walking around and can clear as day see you standing there waiting to make a return and they walk away as if there is something more important to do. The manager isn’t helpful either I’ve asked to speak to him several times and I am told the same thing over and over again... he is busy ... he is not on the floor or is on break. It’s sad because I truly enjoy shopping at target but this location truly needs to re-evaluate it’s employees and who they hire!

I generally like this store so I’m giving it a three star review but I’m disappointed at the time of writing.I was just followed by their asset protection team so hard while shopping today... it was a failure on two fronts: one - I wasn’t stealing anything and two - they were so obvious. So much so that I said out loud “we are being watched” and they disappeared. Like, come on. Shame on you. I felt uncomfortable and just wanted to leave after that. Considered calling just to tell them how much they’d failed but I’m leaving a review instead - thanks for making me feel unwelcome.

There are more pets in the world then cats and dogs and should have the pet supplies they offer online in store for reptiles.

I love this Target! Very helpful customer service every time I do store pick up and when I return items. They are fast and friendly. I am not sure why some people had problems with this store. I have never been questioned when returning broken items I had just bought and whenever I asked for help I always get a friendly smile and escorted to the item I am looking for.

Always a great experience at this location. The attendant at the self-checkout station was very friendly and helpful.

Target is my favorite store but when it was closing time, no one let us know. We were shopping when all of a sudden the lights turned off and they said they were closed. I love target and all of the stuff they sell!

I placed an order online. Items came quickly. But, staff had a hard time finding the chairs part of my order. At one point 5 people were working on completing order. I get it, stuff happens. It was appreciated staff helped with loading boxes in my car. 3 boxes. 1 was kitchen table w/ 2 chairs. Another was a tv/entertainment center. Last part was 2 folding chairs. I havent opened boxes yet. Corner on box with stand in it was damaged. Hopefully its just the packaging thats wrecked. More on that later.

Customer service desk doesnt answer the phone. I called 3xs it literally rang 5mins then the 2 following times they just picked up and hung up. Not good business!

I like the store overall but they seem to have a real problem answering the phone.

During this pandemic, most stores have been wiped clean and seem like they don’t restock. Every time I’ve come to target they’ve had what I needed and provided me with some sense of relief during this whole mess. Thank you.

I want to send a BIG THANKS to Cheryl and Amber in the Food section. I was there the day before Thanksgiving picking up some last minute items and Cheryl heard me saying I guess their out of Turkey gravy. This wonderful Lady went and found some in the back without my ever asking! I was also helped with finding cranberry sauce and stuffing by Amber who actually took me right to where the items were on the shelves. Wow what great customer service with a smile from these friendly ladies. Thank you so very much:)

Not bad selections in this store for your pets, but they wont have a lot of your specialty foods. I like all the different cat toys they had, and they were reasonably priced. One of my cats loves the little tennis balls that were a buck, and she even carries it around the house to play with it.

Excellent sales and technical service from Heather in the computer department. I bought a smart phone, and she got me through the process of sales and setting me up with Consumer Cellular.

Great staff and the store is clean. Newly remodeled sections.
