Closes early! It wasn’t even a half an hour before they were supposed to close and the doors were locked. They even have the time they are supposed to close posted right in front of the door, and I definitely made it well before then. If it is anywhere near 8:30 don’t even bother wasting the gas.

Came in after I botched an at home hair dye job. I got such helpful advice, the person who helped me walked me through step-by-step and helped me pick out products to fix it! She was so patient and answered my million questions. Very thankful!

There was no one there to assist an customer but the cashier. The rewards card that I had to pay for in order to the discounted price is now free and there is no discounts anymore. Then to top it off they charge $.15 for a bag. I go to this location multiple times a year and they’ve never charged for bags. Their excuse was Aldis charges for their bags. It’s sad that a store can’t absorb $.10 to its customers and Americans who are struggling badly in a pandemic. Not classy at all.

Poor customer service skills. I tried to do an exchange and was told that there was no manager on site, nor did they have a number to a district manager. Then I was told that I was have to call customer service and have them to direct the store to do an exchange. So I called and was put on hold for 46 minutes before I decided to end the call. I will spend my money someplace else in the future.

The manager Maria was extraordinary. I highly recommend this location because of her!

Sarah was a great help. Smart, knowledgeable, and supportive. I felt out of place there at first, kind of like shopping at Victorias Secrets, however Sarah quickly made me forget where I was and put me at ease. Her Manor was such that I actually thought she was the manager, that was the level of competence she demonstrated.

Friendly staff. Knowledgeable. If you are a licensed professional you get a reduced price. They also. Have a discount club you can join. I believe it was $25 the other year.

Be prepared to be followed like you’re a criminal. Even if you clearly have the items in your hands.. they still follow you around and watch you like a dog. Really bad experience today.

We call previously to get there, message on machine says they was open, we get there and still closed due to covid, why they do that to people!

Dont even get me started with this place. Years of decent service and quality. To one big mistake, I come in 3/29, to buy hair dye, and the necessities to achieve the color of my choice (chrome), and I usually never ask for help because I do similar colors, and have never had an issue. This time however I ask the worker there, in the afternoon shift if Its necessary to bleach my hair to get this color, and she says no. It should come out just fine. I being naïve to think she knows what shes talking of, trust her, and my hair roots and hair comes out light blonde! Im just going to get my refund and never come back here again!

I understand that, Pennies make dollars... however, my total was $12.01 and I didnt have a penny; only an additional $1.00. I asked the cashier, Wendy, if Id need to use the dollar and she said yes. Really? Im never one of those people who expect to get something for nothing but overly concern of the drawer being .01 short is a bit much. I wouldnt consider that good customer service and I dont know if Ill be patronizing this Sallys again. Sallys on N. 124th and Capitol in Brookfield is my usual store. I think Ill stick to that one.
