I have been a customer for 20 plus years and there is a reason for it. Great customer service. Omar Ali has worked with me a few times and he is a wonderful representation of your company. He acknowledged my many years of being a customer and I received a nice gift bag from him. I will personally and continually seek him out for the service I need. I stopped in today to ask some questions about upgrading to a new phone. As soon as I walked in the whole staff greeted me and asked how they could help. After helping me make the call on what phone to get they all maintained pleasant conversation for well over an hour while I picked around the different cases / accessories. They made getting set up with a new phone nice and easy.Mario, Omar, and Mousa - you guys were great. I hope you see this.Management - Genuine customer service is as under appreciated as it is hard to find. Maybe spot these guys some lunch or something. They deserve it.

Mario Gomez assisted me on getting a new cell phone and he was very polite and very knowledgeable. He transferred all my information quickly to my new phone and showed me how to use different features on the new phone. I would recommend anyone to go to this store on 9123 W. Lincoln Ave. if they need a new phone and use US Cellular. My husband is getting a new phone in a few weeks when they have the stock replenished and he will be use this store as well. I had a very happy experience working with Mario at this store.

I got a damaged phone replaced by assurion and needed to have the replacement set up and data transfer done. I had never been in that store before for help. Upon arriving, Mario and Brett were most helpful. They got my data transferred and double checked everything transferred correctly. They did an excellent job taking care of our needs. We got upgraded with new phones. Explained it all to us. We were very pleased. Came all the way from wonewoc wisconsin. Got better service then we could ever gotten from the three places we stopped at earlier. I would go back if I had to upgrade again. It is well worth the 2 and a half hours it took to get here.

Yeah I went in to pay a bill with my debit card and they had to call it in over the phone so that makes me leery of identity theft saying my number over the phone instead of doing it right on the property there like most places do and then I didnt get a receipt the guy wrote something on a little pull tab and said here so I wasnt too happy about not getting a receipt either so might have to find someplace else to go to pay my bill

Omar has been phenomenal! He’s stayed after closing for us not on 1 but 3 occasions! Very honest and helpful! Highly recommend him! He was comfortable and very easy to work with! I cannot praise enough about the great customer service I received at this location. I went in just to hear information regarding phone plans and I came out with 2 new phones. Nick was waiting to greet me at the door and was very informative and Omar was a pleasure to work with. This US Cellular is great! I come here all of the time to pick up my UPS packages since this is also a UPS access point. They remodeled the store and it looks incredibly modern and good! The staff is always friendly and its always a pleasure coming here!

Terrible service and experience! I was told online that only appointments are made. So I made an appt. on August 10th. At 4 pm. AS I WAS WALKING in, a lady was WALKING ahead of me. She went right to the counter. I went to sit on a chair off to the side. 20 minutes later, I said that I had an appt. For 4 pm. He asked me how I made the appt.??? I told him online. He says that the online appts is not working, and wait would be about an hour!!!! I couldnt believe it!I will never go there again! Never! And this man didnt even have his nose covered with his mask. I will go a different US Cellular.

Recently remodeled store looks great. Excellent in store customer service. Reps are very knowledgeable and explain everything to make billing clear.

As usual my experience sucked. Went in to upgrade my phone and both of the phone I wanted they didnt have. Dont put the phone out for display if you dont have it. This has been a consistent thing with US Cellular. Thats fine. I will now take my business to another carrier

It’s a small store, but the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I had gone in with a specific phone in mind, but I was open to considering others. Luis talked me through the features of each, and his help led me to a better phone for a lower price; he likely took a cut out of his commission to make sure I was getting the best phone for my needs. Not only that, but then he informed me of an upcoming deal that’s saving me money and getting me better service!

Ive been with U.S. Cellular for 20yrs. I never have had issues with the phone service. I dont have issues with dropped calls anywhere I go. Yes there has been some stores with not the best customer service but that is any place you go. Not all customer service people are cut Iout for that type of job. I can say this store and 90% of the u.s. cellular stores have great customer service. They greet you at the door and are very attentive.I actually had the people there go well and beyond what they have to so I leave happy and satisfied. The employees have to follow the the rules of the store like any place and that should not affect there ratings for that store on how there customer service is. I will not go anywhere else because all I here from friends and family that there provider sucks . So they may be a little more pricey depending on your plan but its a great benefit in the long run.

They were able to help me promptly and give me excellent and professional service to help me upgrade my phone. Friendly service that was able to get me in and out with exactly what I was looking for.

I wish zero stars was an option. It took me four trips to the US Cellular store to accomplish what I was told didnt even require me to come there at all. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told there was none on site today. I was also told the staff was able to function without him so its unnecessary for him to be there. Nobody there understands the phone plans they sell and they surely dont understand the store policies. A colonoscopy is more pleasurable than stepping into this store.

The best us cellular store ever I visited in all the time I have been with us cellular. Ali is one of top guy in the industry who helped fixing my phone issue and ended up giving us a ZTE tablet to make sure we get the value for the money spent. Highly recommend the location and our guy Ali.

My roommate and I switched over to USCellular from two different carriers and Abe sat down with us for almost two hours to make absolutely sure that our new plan and phones were exactly what we wanted. He was patient and incredibly helpful throughout the process. We both love our new phones and the great cell service!

I didnt like their customer service. When I came in they didnt ask me could they help me with anything. After I asked him what types of phones they had to replace the one I have smashed. I was talking to the one sales person and the other one was talking over me. It was truly annoying. I told the guy that I was trying to do business with his coworker and he was interrupting. The only good thing about my visit was that I was able to get a replacement phone for $50.

I went in for phone issues on a brand new S9, and the gentlemen helping me completely wiped my phone, deleting all my contacts, pictures, memos, and music. Trying to see if there was a resolution, no one follows up, and the store manager is less than helpful. All I was offered was a free month, which I was never given because he never notated it on my account. Do not go here. Find another store.

I spent 25 minutes in the store trying to upgrade my phone. The guy didnt seem to have a clue what he was doing. He didnt even open the box of the new phone yet. He kept scanning barcodes and other things and typing things and asking questions. Totally wasted my time. I finally left. Cant you find people that know what theyre doing?

If I could give zero stars I would! US Cellular sucks as a service provider period. My fiancé and I are always having issues with dropped calls. We’ve never had this many issues with a cellphone company ever! Every time we want to leave we basically get bullied into staying with this poor excuse of a no good company and they “trouble shoot” our issues. We just had four call failures within ten minutes of speaking with each other over the phone. This is utterly ridiculous! I’m going to make sure all of my family members who are with US Cellular don’t continue their service either! We thought that we were going to get way better service based off of what we were told, which are just all lies!

I have been a customer for 12 years for U.S. Cellular. I parked there from 8-9:30pm, away from the store. They have the smallest signs for towing, which are in the window. The 1.5h parking, costed me $350. Im sure that the owner gets a nice portion of this fee. I left them a note on their window, no one ever bothered. This is ridiculous, its not like there is a shortage of parking in this area. My entire family switched.

U S Cellular is a terrible business to work with, honestly we were better off in the age of land lines. The plans are always getting more expensive and between my mom and I we had to go in to u s cellular 4 different times and at 3 different branches in one day just to buy a new phone because the other one broke. Different sales representatives will say different things about what their policies are. There are also steep fees for canceling a phone plan. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone.

Online profile said they were open till 9. Got there at 8:15 signs still on door open and two guys working. I walked in and they told me they couldnt help me because it was past 8. I get that online profiles can get our dated, but if two guys are still there working when I arrive good customer service would be to help that person.

I went in looking for a new phone for my son. Brittany was awesome. Very knowledgeable and helpful to get my son and i the best deal. Pleasure to deal with and i was lucky that they werent as busy as usual due to the weather i assume, but never the less i received great service. US Cellular has got to have the worst cell and data service in the US. I laugh when I see a commercial Middle of Anywhere. The moment I cross the border into IL (weekly) I can only be contacted via FB messenger and texting to other IPhones, also had no service for weeks in Palm Springs, LA, and Phoenix since I have switched. And what is the deal that I cannot use the internet or any data while Im on a call? I have never had that issue in my life and Ive had cell phones and smart phones for 15 yrs.

Understood we were slaves to the plan but when we asked to talk to the manager and the fella told us he was the manager, we were a little bit put off by his ambivalence. Granted he is also a slave to the plan, there wasnt a whole lot of service directed towards us, the customers; more yeah, thats how it is...sucks, doesnt it?. Lack of accessories as well. Its a cell company, we all need it, what else can we expect?

Great customer service, Had to replace a phone cause I dropped the phone and cracked the screen. Everything was put on a new phone for me just misplaced a couple photos but no big deal everything else worked great.
