My brother Purchased an ionix t101 . Unfortunately the first day it exhibited battery issues. After calling the store we were told they would replace it at no cost . Great news! The second one received did the same thing . So here we are calling again asking if maybe we could just even exchange it for something else on the floor if we ADDED MONEY we were refused. The only acceptable result they could come up with was give us yet ANOTHER t101 . So there it sits in the box unused . Wanna buy a T101?

Great place to find much Spiritual and Wiccan supplies. I have been shopping online till I went in here a few times and it started dawning on that they themselves carry much of the misc I have been looking for. Its more that just a pipe/smoke shop store. Talking 100 miles per hour to customers makes them feel rushed, and makes the transaction feel salesy. Basic psychology: People tend to speak slower when relaxed and faster when they lack time, or are irritated (not my problem). Im a big spender at smoke shops. Came in mainly to buy a bong, but changed my mind when I felt the vibes. Got out of there in less than 4 minutes. Sometimes its not about what you say, its how you say it. When I walk in Hazy Dayz & Smokin Glass, I feel genuine kindness. Not here.

Every time I come to this store, I leave happy. No matter who’s on staff, they are always so nice, friendly and full of positive energy. The variety and turnover of their merchandise is wonderful so every time you go in, you see something that you didn’t before. I like to call it the “ultimate hippie store” lol. There’s a huge wall of incense...they have candles, jewelry, clothes, interior decorations, glass pipes, bags, you name it! Such a lovely little store that I happened upon one random day, and all I can say is I’m glad I did. It’s become one of my favorite stores.

This store is truly awesome. The sales people are friendly, helpful and patient. They have an amazing selection that you really cant find anywhere else in the area. I would recommend Blue to anybody, even if you are just looking for gifts and arent interested in the head shop aspect. They sell many things from local artists and brands, so you know your money is going to the right place. It is easy to spend hours in here, but also easy to make a quick run for screens, papers, or a new pipe. You really cant go wrong.

Some very interesting and expensive vaporizer and steaming machines. In this state for tobacco only. BEWARE!! NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES OF ANY KIND!!! My friend bought a $30 scale they calibrated with a 500g weight. He got home & it jumped .10-.15g constantly. Went back next day & was referred to the manufacturer. BAD BUSINESS! The very definition of a clip joint. SHADY. WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!!! A No Returns, etc sign IS posted behind counter but not doesnt stand out & easily missed among a thousand other visual distractions. There are too many other shops in town that sell same & similar stuff. No need to accept such lousy customer service & return policies.

I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this store. I live close by and when I walk my dog, sometimes we stop in. The staff is always so GREAT. I Love You., etcetera Gifts. Blues prices are Excellent too. Granted I have not bought pipes or any products relating to that there so IDK what their prices are. (FYI: between like 70th-71st & Greenfield down the street from Blue at the tobacco store, ALL of their BEAUTIFUL pipes are $4.99 EVERYDAY. Its Craziness) Back to Blue: I almost always walk out with something free. For example Ive gotten numerous t-shirts, a tote bag and a couple sweat shirts (depending on how much you spend, you get things free and you really dont have to spend a crazy amount of $). IDK when/how I got it but I have a 10% off wooden nickel too. If you have only $5.00 in your pocket, you could still walk out of Blue with a cute little Thinking of You gift. Its that kind of place.

Blue is fantastic. Specifically, the staff - they are all very knowledgeable and very nice and seemed happy to be there. There is one gentleman in particular, I believe he may be part-owner, but he is very helpful and every time I go in and see him I know Im going to get my question answered and everything will go smoothly. Its customer service like this that you dont find everywhere and their product knowledge is much wider than any other shop that I have been two of the same type. Overall it is great and I definitely recommend it and I love my new PAX Vape.

Bought a ceramic water pipe there 3 years ago, its been dropped on concrete and is yet to break or chip. Staff is always friendly and helpful and I never feel pressured to buy anything. they often throw in a discount for next time or a shirt/hoodie depending on how much you spend too!

Tad expensive but knowledgeable staff. I like the graphic tees they give when you spend a certain amount. I believe it is something like $20- $25 you choose a tee and $35-up to whatever you choose a hoodie (or 2 tees).

Excellent and friendly service, the employees know the products well and all qaulity merchandise. My one complaint is some of their products have very high cost (a newport butane torch is $50, i ordered one that was identical for $25).

Brought 2 epens each one outlasted the warranty(4weeks) before the battery shorted out. Went to the store they were unable to fix either of them. Asked if they could sell a third one to me for 25% off and they wernt even willing to do that. Owned many Pens only had a problem with theirs. Didnt get theirs and would no longer suggest to get pens from them. Im getting a cloud pen v2 again, first one lasted me 2years.

I love this store. The staff is for the most part very knowledgeable and can be very helpful. The reason I am not giving any more than 3 stars is because they have anniversary selection of vaporizers, but have little to none of the accessory/atomizer parts that are necessary for the longevity of the vaporizer. This is an already expensive visit, with guaranteed return visits for new atomizers and parts. Its hard to support a business you love when they dont carry the inventory needed for the products they sell. I hope things can pick up, or Im afraid Ill have to go to the internet ...eek!

Awesome selection, anything you want when it comes to water tubes. I also like the fact that they show you that some glassware is blown by local artists (They put a sticker on the piece with a picture of a slice of cheese). It always great to support local artists and local shops.I only gave 4 stars because I truly do believe the prices are a little bit more than other stores around the the MKE area. But in the long run what I got was worth it but sure left a big dent in the pocket. I even got a free sweatshirt for spending the amount I did. The hoody collection will never stop! I also received a 10% off token. I live 30min Northwest and this is my first stop and usually only stop when it comes to shopping every couple of months.

They carry numerous different scents of the Wildberry brand and a few other brands, Wildberry being their most popular. (When I say the brand Wildberry I am referring to the brand name, NOT the specific scent of wildberry) They carry many items used in Native American companies and spiritual practices. Many types of sage and other grasses, some braded others just bound, oils, dreamcatchers (most not authentic - more decorative), abalone shells, and much more. Other items include but are not limited to chakra candles, dragons, skulls, elephants, hemp sweaters, wall decor, pipes, lighters, jewellery, so so much more... Go take a look & see for yourself, its neat to see all the unique stuff and it changes often so no guarantee these items will still be there but the ones Ive listed have been there for years!I love this place!
