Just had my block windows installed in my basement and I am in awe of them. They look 🤩 AMAZING! I thought this was going to be an all day job but they were fast and efficient. The crew was right on time, got right to work and within a couple hours done. They came with one window too many but they didn’t get upset or anything about it. They adjusted the invoice and we’re extremely nice about it all. I would recommend them if you are looking to get basement or just a block window in general. The only thing is they book fast so you may have to wait for an appointment but it’s worth it.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. They replaced 3 of our basement windows with glass block and did a great job. They removed all of the old wood frames, so the installation is smooth and looks much better than the glass block windows on the other side of the basement that were put in by someone else (who did not remove the old, crumbling wood frames). The installation crew were all friendly and professional, and they had the job completed in under 2 hours. To top it off, Security’s price was significantly less than other quotes we received!

The crew was fantastic. When the crew arrived Jose, the crew leader, explained everything that would happen. I was amazed how quickly they removed all of the old windows. Jose explained why they had to add a board on the above some of the windows to make them fit properly. Clean up was excellent also. I will recommend them highly.

Very happy with the work. They enclosed the area and laid down cardboard when taking out the existing windows to protect the area. Did a super cleanup and final check to ensure all work was complete.

Security Glass Block replaced 4 of my 6 basement windows with glass block back in the late 90s. Finally had them come out and do the last two and they were just as good now as they were then. Windows were installed in less than an hour and a half and look phenomenal! They also did an awesome clean up of the area when they were done. Definitely recommend them.

We are upgrading our main bathroom that has a very large window on the wall with the tub/shower. Thank goodness we found Security Glass block! While you might think it is the usual glass block window, it is not! Sliding clear glass window on the top with two different patterns of security glass used in two different sizes creating a pattern. We LOVE it. Chris and Blake, their installers, were professionals and perfectionists despite how hot is was. We highly recommend this company from the owner to the installation. The cost was incredibly reasonable too.

Jose was knowledgeable about the installation and the product, and did a nice job of cleaning up after the window installation. My only recommendation would be to make sure that installers have all materials needed for clean-up and/or things that arise during the installation process.

The crew was great in installing...worked quickly and left everything cleaned. Even though we were working from home and my husbands office is in the basement, they were not disruptive at all during install process. I love the windows, and they came recommended to me by my neighbor. We used to have water come through the old window panes, and this past summer, no water in the basement! They replaced six single-pane glass windows in my 1910 home and did an awesome job. One was double-width and the full glass block they put in looks really cool. The crew was showed up exactly on-time, took exactly as long as they said they would, and left the basement and outside areas spotless. I was also pleased with their COVID precautions, as the whole crew was wearing masks whenever I saw them. The only downside is that they book several months in advance!

The windows look great, but the installation work was not a quality job. Several windows were left without being fully cemented in place on the top, leaving anywhere from six to 10 inches across with nothing above the glass block windows but cold air coming in the basement. When I sent photos of the installing in question, I was told the company would not come back to address the issues. I was told to purchase insulation and spray foam and fill the six to 10 inch long gaps myself. This is not the look I want to see in my finished basement and it is disappointing to see this lack of concern and pride from a Milwaukee business.

Chris did a great job on my bathroom glass block vents. He was professional, friendly and was in an out in a short amount of time. The clean up was well done. I was impressed with the work and the outcome. A vent upgrade really upgraded my glass block window. I would highly recommend using them on any glass block window project.

Definitely the cheapest in town. They did outstanding work...it was done on fast, professionally, and to my complete satisfaction.

I picked SGB for basement windows in our Riverwest house after calling 5 or 6 places. Not only was their estimate competitive (it may have actually been the cheapest bid, I cant recall right now), but they were by far the most personable and informative on the phone. There were a few mishaps in scheduling, in part because of weather. But at every stage, Tim, Nick and their entire crew were supremely courteous. The glass blocks look great, perfectly installed. High recommendation.
