Streets full of holes, too bad ... they should fix them instead of just plugging the holes. Besides that, there are people who do not consider or respect the rules. There are signs that the speed limit is 10 and yet they are driving too fast. It is also impossible to drive, you have to zigzag as there are people who park in front of the houses practically in the middle of the street. There is little space left to drive, to the point that sometimes you have to wait for a car to pass in order to continue driving thanks to people who do not use their common sense. And every day, late, at night, overnight and on weekends it is worse. They do not mind parking and blocking the street, in front of other peoples houses, in front of your driveway and that it is impossible to leave or enter your own house comfortably. Although they receive a warning on the car glass, people continue to do the same. You receive warnings at the door of your house about cutting the grass even when it is not tall but they do not take action on situations that should be resolved. In other places if you park that way even if you are a resident or a visitor, they call a tow truck and they take your car either day in week or weekends ... they do not give breaks or make exceptions. It is a very annoying and uncomfortable situation.

I would really like Bayshore investments to reach out to me instead of dealing with the office in the park that does absolutely nothing about my concerns and safety!! But instead gives me notices for my grass being longer than 3.125 inches long which is borderline but did not have the chance to cut the same exact day when I got the notice! I have been a model resident 11 years in this park and things are going downhill and afraid of being evicted for nonsense for which Bayshore has been known to do ! So many issues I have brought up and zero what has been done to this day so I might have to contact outside agencies

Honestly I wouldn’t buy from here. I’ve been dealing with hope for a long long time, to get a simple issue resolved that was caused by the parks contractors. No one cares. Not Bryan, not hope, and not the sales lady. They could care less once your moved in. Make sure before you buy from here you talk to a couple neighbors and get a good understanding for how things actually are run here. Not the fake picture they paint. Everyone here talks about how hope doesn’t do her job even their own employees say it when you call up to complain about issues the sales lady says “yah I have to do everything around here she doesn’t” that says all you need to know. The only one thing I will say is most people in here mind there own. And I’ve never felt unsafe. The always say it in the works to get the roads redone but they never do. The raids have been bad since I moved in and local residents said it has been bad for years before I moved in.

GOOD NEWS! I am updating my review. There is major activity in the park. Looks like new trailors are coming in. They are putting in 6 new homes and improving the sights of the new ones that were already here when they purchased the property.Also they are salting the roads during the snow which was not done in the last ten years I have lived here.This park may be coming back to life but it will take a little time.

It was great when I moved here 8 years ago. Then slowly went down hill. Maybe the new ownership will make things better again. Well the new owners prove to be just as bad. They are not available at the office, they dont take care of complaints but are quick to point out issues with your site. Selling asap

I just purchased a mobile home there. So far so good.

Its ok but i wish the trailers werent so crammed together. i like that its nice and close to all the shops

If I could give 0 stars I would the new management here is ridiculous and sucks. I would suggest any other park but this one. The management does nothing but put up flashy new signs and calls it a lot improvement.

This is no place to live. Especially if you have children. There are multiple child molesters that reside there. One is underage. There are multiple law enforcement and ambulance visits. Sometimes daily more than once. Also property was recently sold. There was no communication at all from new owners. They are systematically evicting both owners and renters. Many with no cause. Claiming money owed in excess of $3000.00.People are being taken to court. When it has been proven no money is owed they are then evicting at the end of the lease. A terrible and unsafe place to live. Especially if one has children.

They dont like to work with people. They have no heart. They will do to you what they did to my family and kick you out in the cold in the middle of winter

My friends brother lives there. Police are always there. Terrible place. New owners I hear are very very rude.
