I went to U-Haul in West Allis to get a hitch on my Jeep and the 1st time I took my car in for the appointment to put it on, I was called, shortly after I got home from dropping it off, telling me that he warehouse sent the wrong hitch. ThenI rescheduled and the 2nd time I dropped off the Jeep, again after I got home from dropped off my Jeep, I got a call saying they lost the hitch so they couldnt put it on. After talking to the manager, Jose, he placed the blame on me as the one who picked the hitch, when I have no idea anything about hitches so I took the recommendation of their hitch guy Adam. Needless to say, I went elsewhere to get the job done. U-Haul has very bad customer service and would not recommend this place. They should rename the company U-Hell.

Long line to pick up but the staff was friendly and apologized for the waiting time
