A GREAT website to buy screw, nut, bolts, etc. I am restoring my Corvette and doing projects around the house and often need new nuts, bolts, screws, etc. What makes this site so great is their Free Shipping. As long as I can wait a few days, I dont have to run to my local hardware store. Their website also breaks down every screw with their dimensions etc. I have tried other sites for fasteners but am now exclusively using this one.

My normal online vendor was experiencing order issues and we needed a particular rivetlike right now, so I was a bit apprehensive about using Fastenere. That apprehension was totally unnecessary, as they filled my order in a timely fashion and at a competitive price. Ill be back!

After painting we replaced the hinges in our house and the screws provided with the hinges were a slightly smaller a diameter than the previously installed screws and they wouldnt pull tight. So I needed 84 new screws. Stainless screws purchased piecemeal from a hardware store are prohibitly expensive.This is where Fasteners Inc. came to the rescue. They had a great price on a pack of 100 and they had a table showing the exact dimensions of the thread and head diameter which is very important for preventing the screw heads from interfering with the door hinge closing.

Excellent website with great filter to zero in on hard to find fasteners. Ordered on Sunday, shipped on Monday regular shipping, with note that it would arrive in CA on Friday. It arrived on Wednesday. Will continue to use Fastenere for special fasteners.

My review is kind of a split decision. The quality of the product(s) gets 5 stars. Nicely finished, buffed, and polished.However, for the fulfillment process: 2 stars. My order went into pending status on the first day. I called the number I was given to cancel, and left a voicemail with my order numbers and phone, because it would not arrive in time for my need. The order remained in pending for two more days.My voicemail/request was never acknowledged. Fastenere just ignored me and shipped. Nice product(s), but that isnt everything.So, 3 stars: Good products, as far as I my experience goes, but leave yourself more than a week of lead time to receive it. Also, in practical terms, dont count on being able to cancel your order.[EDIT] - I do appreciate the reply from Fastenere. Based on other reviews that indicate a spotty fulfilment process and responsivness, I think 3 stars is fair. Also, the availability of a telephone number can be confusing, since that is usually more immediate/urgent than email. If email is your exclusive medium for interacting with customers, it could be made more clear beforehand. Were all striving to improve; these are just a couple of suggestions.

I placed an order on Mar 9th. The status never changed as Tracking indicated that it never left NY. I called on the 17th and was told that it would ship then. (Never a message telling me the status). I was told that it must have been back ordered. In the meantime, my truck sat out of commission waiting for the order. Wont use this company again.

Placed an order for some fasteners and specified and paid extra for Priority Mail. But they shipped by UPS Ground instead. Im six days away by UPS Ground and it was going to make the shipment too late to be useful to me. And besides, I had paid extra for Priority Mail, during their checkout.I spotted their mistake the moment I got the ship confirmation email. I sent three messages over the next couple days before they finally answered. Rob apologized and said theyd send me a return ship label. I responded and asked if they would just recall the package via UPS instead, but they never answered.The day before delivery came and it was still on its way to me and I still had no return ship label. So I wrote again asking them to please just go ahead and send the ship label, too late to recall. No answer.Delivery day came and still no communication or action on their part. Fearing I was going to get stuck with return shipping, I refused the package.To their credit, when it got back to them 7 days later, they refunded pretty quickly. I really thought I was going to have to do a charge-back, considering the level of customer service I had been receiving.But the whole experience was just a bad one. I can forgive a mistake if a company takes responsibility and makes it right. Good customer service would have been to immediately contact UPS and recall their package and send a new package by Priority Mail instead, without even waiting for their package to get back. What I got instead was almost zero communication and precisely zero action on their part to do anything about their mistake. So I had to make sure I was present when UPS showed up, so that I could refuse the package. What a hassle this whole thing was. I wont use them again.By the way, I purchased the fasteners from a different company. They shipped Priority Mail the same day I ordered and I had my stuff two days later. The price worked out lower, too.

**THIS APP WONT LET ME POST ZERO STARS**The gentleman (lack of a better term) who’s name I wish I could remember on the phone was very short with me and unprofessional. I called today looking for a concrete fastener my contractor asked me to get for my deck, I didnt remember the name of the item and also explained I have a speech impediment that causes me to take a longer time to explain myself. After about 10 minutes between not being sure of the item and hard for me to explain (I can understand it happens often) but not an acceptable excuse, the “gentleman” told me to either “figure out what I need and call back” or “GO TO HOME DEPOT”! I would have accepted the offer of have the contractor call or come in and see if I recognize the item but service like this and the brush aside because I don’t know the technical term is not the way to treat any customer no matter what amount big or small they might be spending.John KesslerMineola NY
