Staff is efficient and fast, and always professional. Price is competitive and theres usually not a wait for service. I was in and out in less than 10 min today!

Stopped in the other day sat outside in my car for over 5 minutes nobody came to talk to me or anything so I backed out and left.

Fast service but pretty expensive compared to what I normally pay even with a coupon. Lift was broke as well so couldnt get the tires rotated as recommended.

Stopped in for a quick emissions test After going to and/or calling 11 other places read all kinds of reviews about great service And promptness There were two cars ahead of me Both needing oil changes I was told to pull up to one of the empty bays And was made to wait in front of an empty bay for quite a while they then took the people in front of me into the shop while I continue to wait in front of the empty bay I had to wait outside while the two other vehicles’ oil was changed even though there was an empty slot in the bay I totally understand they were here first my issue is that I just needed a quick as advertised emissions test there are at least three employees that I can see It was at least 20 minutes before I was told that I could pull in and wait some more in the waiting room while they Tested my vehicle I think next time I will look for a different place to get a test and had been considering getting an oil change but not motivated to after this

It was excellent yesterday while I was there they got 4 to 5 cars in and out within an hour. Even with Brians cast thing on his arm.

Having recently lost my husband my car was telling me that it needed an oil change. I know NOTHING about my car and could only think I was doing damage to my engine having missed an oil change. The two guys who helped me were not only polite and helpful but I came away feeling very lucky to have had them helping me. They were honest in telling me the oil was fine and a change wasnt need at this time. They even checked everything else and even put air in my tires which again my car was telling me needed done. I thank them and appreciate the help they gave me. I did not come away feeling helpless or dumb for not knowing these things myself. I will return when I need to have my oil changed!

I go to Super for all my oil changes. Always a great job. The past two visits were for emissions testing. My car failed. However, they were so helpful, kind, and courteous. Got me through the ordeal. And, with following their suggestions, came back in a few weeks, and passed. Thanks guys!!

Went here on a Sunday for an emissions test, took maybe 5 minutes for them to run the test! The waiting area had magazines and a clean restroom to use. The man that assisted me was very kind and curteous. So happy i was able to get in here and have great service for a test that cost me nothing! No appointment was needed, either!

Very insulting in regards to an oil change care and practice. Very demeaning on how I take care of my car. Being laid off for 2 months with a pandemic made money very tight. Thats when I realized I needed to give no explanation, was not their business. At the end, the guy told need to start it up and the cap to the oil fill was not in place. Sprayed oil all over. They did clean it up and rinsed as much as they could but told me I needed to go to a car wash to take care of the bumper and the rest of the film. Since they did not offer to pay for the car wash, and the previous condescending attitude that I received I was just happy to leave. I will not be returning

I had called before to see if the employees were familiar with the BMW X3 oil change because of the lack of a dipstick, I got Kyle.. he assured me that they’re very familiar with that type. All of the guys there were incredibly friendly answered all my questions and all within a timely fashion! I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone! Cannot speak highly enough for this place!

This is our go to oil change spot. Coupons are readily available locally to get an even better deal. They are very, very systematic about every step of the process, double-checking as they go. (I actually had another place not put the oil cap back on once!) They explain everything in common sense terms, and dont pressure you when you ask to delay something because of cost. And lately these people have been handing out free bags of popcorn!

It was so-so. First time trying them. I wasnt impressed with the customer service and surely didnt appreciate the female employee making fun of a customer that called in with a question. I had also called in before I came in that day, I can only assume she also laughed with her co-workers about my dumb question. I will stick with the Valvoline place.

Normally 5 star service. I was patiently waiting for an oil change in line, was told to drive to bay 2. I waited about 10 minutes, then someone pulls up to bay 1. 5 minutes later, they get in and I am still waiting? You need to serve customers in the order they come. I drove off as this was just an unfair practice. I will still get my oil changes for my company vehicles here, as they do a great job, just not today.

Ive always had good service when going here. They often spot things that are more involved as well that I need to take my vehicle to the shop for which I wouldnt expect at this type of business! I like that they also, go the extra mile. One day they snapped some plastic on my vehicle back together for me which typically isnt done as a part of service!

Went in to get car inspection, than they told me if I wanted my stickers that there is a extra 10.00 fee but that I would have to come back in the afternoon because they were out of them. Is this place for real. I went home, went online and saved the 10.00 ...Oil change very high here and customer service sucks.

Poor service. Twice in the last 2 weeks I went here to get my and my sons vehicle service and waited 10 minutes. No one came out to greet us (only one car being worked on...they have 3 garage spots was not busy). After 10 minutes left to go somewhere else. On a separate note.. Went here 2 weeks ago for oil change and they were pushy on trying to sell other things..I just want a oil change and check tires and lights. Maybe if they did less selling they could give more service to those waiting in line. Also they refused to check my tires because of nitrogen in them. Was told later by others that could could of checked it out still. Wont go back.

Not to happy with this place. I had my wife stop here for an oil change. They were trying to shove the full synthetic package down her throat and told her that the standard package which is what I told her to get would make her motor blow up. Then my wife told me that the gentleman kept badgering her to spend more money. My point is just because a woman comes in on her own to have the oil changed do NOT badger her and try to rip her off. NEVER AGAIN!

When I left the oil change, my car was making a terrible rattling noise. So I turned around and went back. I was told the oil pan screws were not tightened. Now 3 months later all the screws are gone and the pan is hanging lose. I have to go into Honda dealer and get replaced. hopefully just the screws and not the whole oil pan. I am not happy and will never go back to Super- Lube in West Bend.
