Pleasantly surprised Store Manager William Miller listened closely to my needs, my budget his product mastery and Consulting to help me, not Sell meFelt like I have family in the Rental business..amazed how affordable my beautiful couch, kitchen table, even the 60 inch TV is state of the art, his wonderful team even connected me to cable and patiently how to use it. RAC in West Columbia SC are awesome, do yourself a favor and youll feel right at home

I love RAC, but lately if you want something new it has to be ordered. It took almost 6 months to get a refrigerator!!! Ive now been waiting two months for a new phone... What a shame their corporate office wont let orders to ship. I may have to find a new place...

The folks that work at this location are absolutely the most incompetent people. I have told them for WEEKS that they have the wrong number but yet they continue to harass me by calling. I blocked their number and they used another. Do not do business with predatory lenders. They are rude and inconsiderate and the next phone call I get it will lead to their arrests for harassment!! I told them all do not call again!

So much for same day delivery or even next day. My product was purposely damaged bc I contacted upper management. Bc of this my merchandise was reduced 50 percent. But I promise the rudeness of Henry and the attitude the store manager can make the whole process not worth it. Misapplied payments. Pls keep ur receipt. I hate my washer broke on me leading me to deal w them. Never again. I was reminded of what happen 10 + years ago. Customer for 10 weeks. Will be paying out this Friday. The customer service is not fit for dogs.
