We bought a 2010 Nissan versa sl from j wheels and he told us everything was good with the car .come to find out the title was Savage and there is damage to the front and back I will never buy a another car from there again .I am very unhappy with his business

I bought a car from these guys in September and turns out they lied about it having a good running engine. I kept up with the general maintenance and what not first trip to the shop ran me over 400 suspicious but ok. Not a month later I took it in to the shop due to a check engine light and it’s APPARENTLY needs a new engine and will cost over 4000 to save this car. They sold me a time bomb with a bad engine and a bent strut. I would never recommend this place. Absolutely awful

Stopped to get a tire from them last Friday and they caused so much damage to my vehicle. Outright ripped me off $48 for a tire I was ok with but they broke my TPMS valve stem and tried to charge me $75 to fix it. Settled for a $15 stem so still need to fix it. I am not from the area and was traveling north. I noticed when we got into VA the car had a clunking sound so I checked and did not see anything. Today I had the van looked at and only had 3 lug nuts on it all loose. One broken stud and now 2 broken since one was cross-threaded. I knew I should have used a credit card and not paid cash. Thanks for putting my family in danger and causing who knows how much more damage to the van.

Brought a tire that said was new still had sticker on it. Said they were liable so I ordered 3 more tires and they honor there work and any problems they will take care of it. Well one of tires were defected they said they would have to find me a used tire and send the tire back to the manufacturer. Well they keep giving me the run around I have to call them and they are now wanting me to buy another tire and they send it back to manufactor. If tires are new and you honor your work that is false advertising. I emailed them they ignored my email no response. I had the the checked at a repeatable tire shot. And it has no signs of running or rubbing against sidewalk like this company said it did. I spent about $500.00 dollars and this the type of service. Never again. Can’t wait this this virus issue is over. Never would use them again.

I would not send my worst enemy here to even buy a bottle of water. They are a bunch of crooks. Sergio the owner sold me a 2011 Chevy Tahoe that was a total loss per insurance company and I was never told this by anyone or never signed any paperwork stating that it was a total loss. Ive only had it about 5 months and had to fix several things and now my transmission went out. Ive only put about 3,000 miles on it. They are not someone that I would want my worse enemy to deal with. Do not go here to buy anything.

Went in for a wheel alignment was told my tires are not good enough, up sold tires to get wheel alignment done. Car was shaking hard and swerving bad enough to crash letting steering wheel go. After I had bought all of this they told my my car was still shaking and don’t know what’s wrong. Took to firestone who actually looked at what was wrong and was causing it my whole front end was ruined and I was told I shouldn’t be driving it in this condition.called to get my money back for taking my money to do a wheel alignment and two new tires that should have not been done for the sole purpose of money. My life could have been lost or someone else’s.

Excellent customer service, made sure the trailer I rented out was secure before I rolled off, and detached for me upon return. This place hasnt been around long, but its pretty much a trifecta of Uhaul rentals, buy here pay here vehicles and a shop all in one. They also run a landscaping business! Everyone is very knowledgeable and friendly! Highly recommend checking them out for all your needs!!!!

I was in desperate need of two used tires and I had already been to another place but decided I could not swing their price. So on impulse stopped at J Wheels and the guy working was able to find me two used tires (great tread still left) and they actually matched the other two tires on my truck and in same brand.

I DONT RECOMMEND THEM AT ALL. The previous owner is great with everything he done for us. I had bought 1999 dodge Durango from him and all was great until that new owner was running it and refused to work with me and I had taken my dodge there to change out the tires and thats when it started to bust out the hub and lucky me and my kids were fine. It was scary at first. Someone at the shop name Heather or something like that had told us that John (previous owner) is bad that he stole money from them and sold car to his family members and alk that blah blah. Never heard from John ever again. Hope hes good.

Sold My niece a 2007 Hyundai Sonta and she havent even had it for a whole 30days and constantly having problems and prior to her purchasing the vehicle she told the guy she was taking lyft for 9months because the last car she purchase was salvage.Now she has a car she making payments on and cant drive when mentioning SC lemons law they stated the vehicle was as is but the guy told us if we had any problems theyll fix it or trade it in.My niece cant physical go to the location but her and her mother called on numerous occasions and never got a call back but spoke with the her mother and there was no resolution took to three different mechanics and all say the same.The car came from Pennsylvania which is heavy snow so all the rust and damages probably was the results of that.Its bout to be 30days on the seventh and if cant reach a compromise might have to take legal actions.I DONT RECOMMEND THEM.The black guy who own thus company took pride in his work and would never sale them kind of vehicle but because he retired and new people running they ruining the name of the company.
