Rude employees. They cut you off when you speak and offer NO customer service. They charged me for items I did not receive and offered no help on getting me a refund or just simply handing me the item I paid for which was in the store by the way. It is evident that they do not care about their jobs or most importantly their customers.

The staff was really friendly and helped me with my purchase. The place was definitely stocked with many choices. I look forward to going back and showing off my results..... thank you to the staff tonight.....

This location never has anything in stock. The past three months everything seems to be picked over. None of their brushes and combs are stocked. Oddly, this is the only location that is consistently empty, even on days their truck comes in, so I know it isn’t a supply issue.

It always seems to have the things I need.

Sure they have good products and prices, but be careful. some of the workers lie about product protection plans. You buy insurance for your products and then when your product stops working, neither the store nor the insurance company want to help and then neither of them have the information of your protection plan.

Had a great experience recently . My daughter went in ; needing assistance and got just that . Thank you for great help and service !

I came into this location about a week ago,and I went in to purchase a product for my natural hair not knowing which to choose from and I recieved some excellent suggestions from a lovely worker named brittney,she was very attentive,knowledgeable about the products and needless to say very polite!i will definitely be visiting this location more often ☺

Staff is consistently rude, unknowlegeable, and un helpful. Save your time, money, and hair follicles by shopping anywhere but here. They hire lazy people who dont even know how to apply lip gloss to themselves or run a cash register.

Sally Beauty always has the hair products that I need. I especially love the sales.
