The inside of the store was closed so I couldn’t go in and get my mobile order and did not have time to go through the drive through ( hence why I used mobile order….)The manager I’m assuming was so rude I’m explaining this and yelling at me from inside the restaurant so I couldn’t even understand what he was saying. It was extremely off putting. I now can’t even cancel my mobile order because If I had time to sit in the long drive through line I would’ve just done that. $10 down the drainI understand things can get stressful in the mornings I’m sure but any sort of interaction I’ve had with him has been extremely unpleasant. Every other employee is fantastic so maybe this store needs a new manager, one that can handle stress properly
I am a fan of Starbucks. The staff was nice but hardly had any flavor. Ill stick to the Starbucks that I go to which is always good

Line moved quickly and very friendly. Asked for pumpkin foam on top but it was water looking. Went inside and the lady said the machine messed up but still sent it out the window but another worker told her to remake the foam and it was much better.

I never usually write reviews. But I thought the person that took my order on 6/9/2021 deserved a review. Not that I was having a bad day, but definitely busy and rushing around. I dont have a very inviting face lol, but the joke was much needed and definitely made me laugh. Put me in a better mood the rest of the afternoon. I wish I would have gotten your name, so you could get recognition in this. But thank you for the Cantaloupe joke!!
Worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to! It’s the only Starbucks near my house so I’ve tried them 4 times … each time has been a problem! The staff are incredibly slow and cannot multi task … even if you placed a mobile order, your coffee is Luke warm before they will acknowledge that you’re standing at the counter. And on top of that, each coffee drink I’ve ordered - whether it be the caramel macchiato or cinnamon dolce latte (my go-to favorites) - has tasted like stale, government office coffee.
Y’all. Please review the recipe card for Iced Caramel Machiatto with Michael. Served it to me with out caramel... after directly putting the shots into the bottom of the cup. I didn’t see vanilla syrup pumped in and when I asked he said he did in fact put vanilla in. His routine is not up to par.waited 15 minutes and it wasn’t even a peak time.
I have a love hate relationship with location, its very convenient (I drive past here daily during my commute), its Starbucks so of course the coffee is good but the staff here are constantly getting my orders wrong (I always order through the app) and the attitude of a lot of the staff leaves a lot to be desired.
The staff is extremely friendly! My order was ready very fast too and I didn’t have to wait. Will definitely be going back!

These guys need a but more training, hearing aids, and customer service skills. Worst Starbucks I have ever been too. I have attempted to go there three times now and Every time left without a drink. Will not go back. I have visited Starbuck up and down the East Coast and sad to say the worst is in my home town. Was so looming forward to this one opening so I dont have to drive to down town Lexington, but still driving.
Usually good. Sometimes coffee seems weak and sometimes really long lines at drive thru bc person at the window loves to talk. If I wanted to smile, Id be smiling!

Ive never had as many bad experiences at a Starbucks as Ive had at this one. Random drastic changes the the hours (one time it was only open 2pm-10pm), inexplicably closed inside (including not being able to go inside to pick up your order) with no signs just locked doors, drastic waits well beyond your time. Ive waited 25 min past my pick up time and it still wasnt ready. Not quite sure whats going on at this Starbucks but it seems they are making every attempt to not be in buisiness. Staff are always friendly however. Just bad management.
Better be prepared to wait and they make sure to mess up your order.

Drink was made wrong. When I told the lady that was not what I ordered she argued with me and look at me like I was stupid. I will not go back to this location.
I have always had great experiences at this Starbucks! This morning especially was a good time, the crew member-Zoey- who handled me at the window was delightful and sweet and really made my morning.
I really hate rating this place because they have one of the best baristas I have ever met. But when that particular person isnt working they have screwed up my order every time. I ordered a cold coffee without ice and they literally gave me a cup only half full of coffee. Now maybe thats what a nice coffee actually is only half coffee and the rest is ice which would really make it a rip off, but honestly being handed a cup with only half of it full is kind of insulting. The next time I went in and that particular barista wasnt there I ordered a latte but I got the wrong flavor. Now when that particular barista is in it has been perfect every time. so its really a toss-up whether or not this place is good or not.
Order my coffee and oatmeal mobile. When I got to work, no spoon.. couldnt eat my oatmeal. Waste of money. It looked good. But simple mistake ruined breakfast.
If I could give this starbucks a 0 star I would have. It all started fine when we ordered and we even left a tip. The time the drinks took wasnt very long but EVERY SINGLE DRINK was wrong. When we tried to explain to them that the drinks were wrong the staff was very rude to us. Half of my husbands drink that he paid for was thrown out and when I asked for it to be remade they gave him attitude. They also forgot the sweet cold foam on my beverage and totally messed up my friends drink. It was the worst experience I have had at a starbucks and I go to starbucks almost every day. Was very disappointed.

I order everyday. Im always greeted with a smile and a cheerful hello. I use the app for my mobile order. I never have to stand in line, walk in and walk out.Love my Starbucks crew.

More often than not I have to wait longer than 15 minutes in the drive thru and several times my order had to be corrected. The staff is nice but the wait time often sends me to different locations further from my house.
It had really good coffee, and convenient bathrooms.

The employees are always welcoming & very kind!My only complaint is that service is really slow here. I’ve been late to work a few times even when I place my mobile order in advance. It is almost never ready when I get there. I’ve been visiting the location a bit further away to avoid this.

Coffee was cold. Plain coffee. All 4 bins were blinking. When I ordered I asked if she could make the coffee that we had time to wait. When I received coffee, it was cold. Should I make it myself foe you??Coffee COLD
The staff were nice but the service was awful. I had a mobile order and I waited 30 minutes in the drive thru line. The inside was not open for mobile order pickup. It ended up making me late for work. When I came to the window I noticed several employees just standing and talking instead of working. No wonder it always takes forever.
Long lines, short staffed, drive thru person not wearing a mask, product wasnt good. Just a bad experience.

Closed at 0730 on a Wednesday morning with absolutely zero indication that theyre closed. Line around the building trying to order at the lit up And fully open appearing drive through screen.
Went through the drive through this morning and sat in line for 15 minutes. This was at 7:15am. There is no excuse to have to wait this long especially when the dining room is closed to the public. Pulled around to the window only to see no one there when usually there are like 5 people in the window. As many people as there are at the window they should be getting customers in and out especially in the morning times because people are already on the way to work and don’t have time to be in the line for 15 minutes wasting time. I have been late to work before fooling around with this store because my order was made wrong and I had to wait anyways. I give myself enough time before it’s time for me to go to work and still don’t get to work until it’s almost time to clock in. You need faster workers.

Worst starbucks in SC. Workers on their phones which is why your coffee will take 20 mins when hardly anyone is here. Just read the other reviews its all 📠. The drinks with tops not put on them correctly, the half filled drinks, the rude workers, etc. 🤦🏼♂️🤣

Wish I could give you no stars.You didnt put the lid on my coffee and when the barista handed it to me through the drive through, my coffee went all over my fingers causing burns and turned into blisters. Then the rest spilled on me and my car. They asked me if I needed another lid..idk what for because there was no more coffee let. Called corporate and they could have cared less.This location had no drink carriers..no nothing.Sorry management and untrained people

I find it ridiculous but every time I place an order online it’s not ready by the time I get to the store. Today it might be ready but the store is locked and they won’t let anyone come in for their orders. Can’t check in online for mobile orders and curb side. Get it together, please! Too many coffee lovers to be this disorganized.

I never mind waiting especially when a place is busy but I do have an issue with poor customer service.
