Whats not to love about HL?! Always clean, organized, great selection, and a friendly staff!

I’m so glad we went with this location for our custom frames. There’s a gentleman named Ethan that has a fantastic and creative eye for frames. He really got involved in our decision making process and helped give suggestions and helped us narrow it down to the best options. Super nice guy and we are 1000% satisfied with our results and experience. So thank you Ethan and thank you hobby lobby. Two very happy clients here. Cheers!!

Wonderfully stocked with lots of lovely items. Pricey, yet you can find pretty much anything that you seek. Clean interior and exterior. Plenty of parking space. Very nice and helpful staff. Nice specials and sales items. Decent location, easy to find and convenient.

I love the Beautiful products and fabrics they offer. I shop there at least once or if not 3 times a week. Its pretty obvious that they are not fun of black people because they never speak when I enter the store it only bothers me because I worked in retail in management and it was always our job to Greet every customer. But hey it is what is, wouldnt want no fake peoples in my face anyway. Love the honest way they do it.

Ive always loved hobby lobby. I often go there for my art supplies. However, I am not so happy with them anymore, only because theyre not allowing the use of the 40% off coupon any longer. The reason that one employee shared with me is bc theyre lowering their prices. I havent noticed any prices coming down. And I hope they quickly realize that with the other stores that they compete with, are not loosing sales bc theyve kept their coupons.

Very clean store and they update their displays and merchandise frequently. Definitely recommend it you are looking for new home decor or crafts.

Came in store seemed fully staffed no one greeted me as I came in neither did they asked if need helped not to mention most staff was up front. On my way out the employee just looked at me.

Love love this place, they have something for everyone.

Sometimes a little cheaper than Michaels. Especially with framing. If you want a custom frame I recommend hobby lobby over anyone else for affordability. They have more home decor and still manage to have great craft options. Unlike Michaels they carry fabrics for sewing projects. They are closed on Sundays so dont procrastinate your projects.

The employees are very rude and snooty acting. It will make you not ever want to go back.

I found what I went to buy and also bought some childrens Christmas gifts that were on sale. Had no problem checking out, they had all registers open.

Love the store but have a hard time finding specific items. I was looking for a specific item (metal sign) I saw on line and asked several employees where it was located. No one could help me. Needs to be a better way to locate stuff. I finally walked around enough until I found it. Still live the selection and prices though.

Let me first start off by saying, I am a loyal customer, matter fact my mother have worked there for a while. I love the things they offer and their customer service is good, but every once in a while their is a sense of attitude being shown. Other than that I love shopping there!

Found what I needed to finish up a model car.. Saw all sorts of stuff that I liked and also found a unique gift for my sons Christmas present..

There is always something new here no matter what, and the prices are always great and affordable! Not to say I got all my train set stuff from here aswell, it lives up to the name! You can also get countless frames, designs, you name it! Any occasion, they have it!

Great retail store. I love the fact they have so much of everything! I got some great items for my sons walls, some fabric, and a cozy blanket. They always have sales. The staff is helpful and friendly!

Went to get a planner, Im a big Planner/Calendar organizer type person. They had a 40% sale on Planners and stickers so I got my items for a steal. I was so over joyed !!! The staff were working diligently to keep all shelves stocks and clean, which made everything so much easier to find and I loved it. Such a huge store with the changes of Seasonal items to ones that are year round if you dont have the right teamwork, but this stores got it.

I could shop for hours..Staff is always helpful.

Great place. They are on a different discount schedule than the one in Lexington. As in I went today and this one offered 50% discount on wall decor but the one in Lexington is currently offering 50% discount on candles and table top decor.

Yesterday. I was trying to find supplies for a rock painting project I am hosting for 20 women. Three employees of Hobby Lobby were conducting an inventory in the arts area. They all refused to step aside or move their stands out from where I was trying to get to and not one of them asked me if they could help. I spent 20 minutes trying to read and reach out to the items they were blocking with their stuff to see if its what I needed per the instruction book I was holding open to a page of supplies. I finally put the paints. Pallets. Brushes and the book all back on the shelf. I will see if Michaels will be able to assist me. Inventory or not, you should always be able to assist the customer.The store was clean and the displays were appealing. The air conditioning was just right. All else at the store was fine.

I also appreciate that the company supports Christian values. Stores are closed on Sundays to honor the Sabbath. My only complaint is I spend too much money when I shop here! 😆

Just my favorite hobby store all around. The only not so great part was the lack of cashiers at checkout. The wait to check out was longer than the visit.

They have everything you need to decorate your house or apartment. I wanted to do a man cave in one of my rooms. They had everything I need to make a perfect man cave.

The place of art supplies. You gotta love it. Crafts holiday decorations, home decor. They have things that similar places dont.

Great selection of DIY and craft products. Mix of good prices and overpriced items. Almost always has online coupons available. Somewhat limited selection of candle making supplies but prices were reasonable. Had to wait about 5 minutes for assistance with getting some material cut, but staff were knowledgeable and very helpful.

Good selection of art and craft supplies at good prices. There is always a sale on certain items,and there is always a 40% off coupon on the website that you can use on the highest priced item every time you shop. I dont care for all the mass produced decor items.
