Went for a something to help detox and cleanse before starting a diet and workout. Left out feeling completely weirded out by the mumbling guy behind the counter who couldn’t distinguish the difference between talking and vaping.Thanks for nothing I guess.

The lady works at the store she doesn’t have no personality or knowledge of selling the vitamins she shouldn’t be there . Shoped there before but now I will never go back that shop again

This is the second time I have been here and they are not open when they say they are. Open at 10 AM?? they’re not open!! They are always out of stock on GNC products! Always have excuses of why they are out of products. Owner needs to do a better job!

Nice people but literally every time I have stopped to go to this store, the person that was working has been away on a break. Sometimes there is a sign posted “I be back in 15 minutes” sometimes the door is just locked. It’s frustrating especially when you need to stop in really quickly.

I stopped by there today to pick up some protein. The lady who owns the place was very kind and she asked me about school and we talked for a few minutes. It was a quick and enjoyable experience.

Went to the store. Woman comes out of the back complaining that I didnt read a hand written note on the door about her being back in 20 minutes. I left. Apparently she does not need nor want any business. I will never return.

The lady in there was rude. My coworker and myself stopped into the west columbia location this week. He spent about $70 and I was looking at the doctor Burts shampoo. Seemed great, reviews were good, but like any other normal person. I wanted to make sure it smelled ok. There was no plastic seal, or safety seal. I popped the cap off and thought it smelled great. So I was taking one last wif and about to put the cap on. Then the little Indian lady there started talking to me like a 5 year old trying to pour paint on the Mona Lisa. She said you not open, and your not allowed. I said Im sorry maam, its shampoo. I then offered to show here the bottle and she continued on with her rant. So I asked her, do you not smell the shampoo at Wal mart before you buy it?. She then carried on in the same broken English rant. Very disrespectful. Theres a new vitamin shoppe in lexington. I will gladly go their, and to 14 carrot in Lexington.

Owner was very Rude,needs deportation, talking in Spanish, like i didnt know what she was saying.She didnt like gringos.She let me stand there, waiting for her to ask to help me.Then she got very, rude,when I finally did.

The hispanic lady is kind of rude. I called in advance to see if they sold empty gelatin capsules she asked me to repeat it again and when I got 3 words out of my mouth she just cut me off and said that they didn’t sell them. But she didn’t even check to see then when I was about to say “Thank you” she just hung up. Awful service if you can’t treat customers right on the phone then you don’t deserve to have their business at all
