I had the pleasure of loading a asphalt roller at the West Columbia facility.Charles Ringer and Bob Sharpe from the company helped me with this equipment pickup and made my experience very easy and simple.They were very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous! I wish I could load there every day just to work with this wonderful team!

I stopped in to pick up some parts and had the pleasure of dealing with the lead supervisor of parts pick up there (I think his name was Brandon. I apologize if I got that incorrect.) He is absolutely pleasant and thorough in double checking orders. Ive never received such wonderful customer service at any other parts dealership. Hes a keeper!

My experience with blanchard was seriously bad,5k repair bill on injector pump repair that would not go 350miles empty .on 3406b .if your truck is older model consider finding some one that knows older trucks .if your truck doesnt have a computer connection to tell the tech whats happening with your truck then you might see what i experienced. A very bad experience with no regards for youTruck or business. Will never do business with them again. If I could rate this business less then one star I would. They are HORRIBLE.

I have a Cheetah diesel pusher motorhome,on April 5 2019 I went to Blanchard as my motorhome was not charging.There diagnosis was a alternator not working.They replaced it and I had my fuel filters changed also.Great work and knowledge of my machine.I will name Shane,Scott,Greg and Garnet.also a second macanlc, whose name I did not get but remember him because he thanked me for my milertary service.If I need service again I will go to Blanchard and to motorhome people, you can trust Blanchard with your motorhome.
