Hi my name is Mike Nolan. I am the General Manager of The Back Forty here in Macedonia, IA. We recently installed the POS system. Doug and his team came in and installed the system during our restaurant shutdown. The installation was very smooth and the training was great. We have really enjoyed working with POS Partners. The system has allowed me as the manager to make better choices and more efficiently operate the restaurant. I am very impressed with how easy the system is to operate and manage.

My name is Alex I’m the Executive Chef at The Waters on 50th. We recently installed a new senior dining system for us in our operations. The system has provided reporting for meal counts and Item sales. It has made day-to-day operations easier and more efficient. We have a facility of approximately 70 residents. The staff find the system easy to use and the line cooks find that the tickets are easier to read. Kirk has been very helpful in helping us understand the new system.

POS partners is helpful when you need to get things done. The one problem is when I call the 888 number, my call is sometimes dropped. however, they call me back immediately. When I needed to have a button added, it was done within a half hour. The man who trained me was really nice--even when I was over an hour late he met me at a Starbucks to make sure I got trained! The staff training was good as well, very few questions after the POS visit to my community. I also like the reports, they come every morning and help my chef and I to make sure our inventory is correct for future menus.

My experience has been very good with the POS partners staff. They have thoroughly helped me through any issues with the system and have made sure that myself and my employees understand the system perfectly. My names Dave, Im the owner of Daves Place. I think this system is awesome, it can keep track of all my inventory, it can check my bartenders time and attendance. Everyone Ive worked with is very nice, Henry came in from Ames, Kirk came in from Chicago. They are very helpful. Doug is the guy who introduced me to the POS system, hes a very nice man. It has helped integrating the credit cards into the system. Weve increased our business by adding credit cards. Theres so many features of the new system, we dont know what to use first! We dont like this system, we LOVE this system!

He did a great job of (as many who are technology imparied) dumbing it down so we could understand. Kirk came out on a Saturday night at 11pm to fix an issue on a busy night where we had a band. Highly recommend the service.

The staff that assisted with the installation was very helpful as our questions were addressed promptly. doug spent an entire day helping the staff train. the follow up visit was appreciated as other questions had come up in the last 2 weeks. thank you for your help

I work at Mojos in indianola, IA and weve been using the Future POS system for about 6 months now. Its a great system that is simple and easy to learn. Theres been no issues with terminals or software and the whole process runs very smooth.
